There is tension simmering in the room as Sam and his father stare at each other as if they are enemies. How did we get here...how did things change so suddenly? Can things ever go back to how they used to be or this is how our lives will be like forever... constant bickering, no peace and no unity? Bryce worries, although he would love to just blame Janet for everything that is going on, he has to accept the cold truth that Sam is being an ungrateful and disrespectful child. It breaks his heart because he wanted things to workout fine between them, he loves the family they have become with Sam as one of them.
