Zane's POV
As soon as we all stepped back the tree started to glow a golden color. It started at the top of the tree and slowly worked its way down, covering every leaf and branch and then spread out to the roots. As soon as it hit the roots, the ends of them came up and slowly snaked their way to Celia. It moved around her body and lifted her off the ground a few feet. Her entire body was cocooned in the gold glow.
"What is it doing?" Austin asked me.
"I have no clue. We have never tried this." I told him not taking my eyes off of Celia.
The glow got brighter, and I could feel heat coming off of it. The hotter it got the more it turned from a golden glow to an orange. Almost like flames. We all had to move back because of the intense heat.
