"Even though you think it's hard now, when you get older and face the real world, have your own family to feed and adult's responsibilities, I am telling you because I am so sure, you will look back on these times with fond memories. At your age, you will not understand it yet but soon you will realize what a great time this actually is on your teenage years. So enjoy it."
This was my homeroom teacher's closing remark earlier on our first day of school. And yessss, we're seniors! Last year of middle school.
No more "introduce yourself" since we already knew each other and no new student for our class section. Our school's population is not that big and not too small. Every level has 2 sections. Both sections are half day schedule, either 7 am to 12 pm or 1 pm to 6 pm.
We spent this day sharing each other's summer vacation's stories. We were dismissed early like every year's first day of school routine. As usual, the boys went to computer shop to play and bet who will win while the girls, some of them went straight home and thw other half went to a mall to window shop and kill time and I was part of the latter.
This day went real fast. Regular classes start tomorrow. Looking forward on what's waiting for us on this school year. Our entire class is so excited to start going around different universities for college entrance exams. We can't wait!

This is the first entry on my mom's journal. Looks like this journal will bring me to see my mom's journey on her teenage years. Let's find out if I really learned everything from her. :)
