Chapter One

277 Words
*One day earlier: if only Tyson paid more attention to her. He had no idea I was watching her tonight. Hidden in the shadows.  I had enough information to know she had daddy issues. Her father let her do whatever she wanted. That was before she moved in with Tyson anyways. She was younger than him, much younger.  She has no idea what I have in store for her. Serenity’s POV After fading in and out of consciousness, I heard a soft whisper. “Is someone there?” I almost immediately recognized the voice. “Rosey?”  “Serenity? Is that you?” “What are you doing here?” “H-he took us?” “Who?” “I don’t know his name.” “What do you remember?” “We were all at the restaurant and I went to the bathroom. That’s all I remember.” “They will find us, Rosey. I know they will.” “But how do you know?” “I don’t, but Tyson will find us.” “I heard screaming in the middle of the night, Serenity. We are not the only ones.” “We need to try to get out of here!" Rosey shook her head. "We can try, but it won't be easy." "What?" "He locks the door at night from the outside, so it's not like we could pick the lock even if we could untie ourselves." "Oh god, Tyson..." I started crying. "He must be so worried right now!" "Keep your head up, Serenity. You said he will find us. All of them will."
