SERENITY
I know Tyson would hate the idea of me seducing another man, but this may be one of the few options left that I have. My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of screaming. "No! Let me go, you bastard!"
"Shut up, b***h, or else I'll kill you right now."
"He brought another girl in." Rosey whispered.
Vito had finally decided to put Rosey in the room next to mine. The isolation was awful, but the walls were thin enough for us to hear each other's voices.
"Why is he doing this?"
"I wish I knew, Serenity. But we need to get out of here."
"I have a plan."
"What is it?"
"He's a f*****g pig, but I need to try to seduce Vito."
"What? But he'd kill you!"
"If I die, I can at least say that I died putting up a fight."
"Serenity, please don't say that."
"I'm sorry. I just... I don't know how much longer I can take this. Hell, I've lost track of how long we've been here."
"Almost three months."
"You've kept track?"
"I just keep thinking back about Tyson and Bradley searching for us."
"Bradley?"
"Tyson never told you Shepard's first name?"
"I never bothered to ask, since they all stuck to calling each other by their last names."
"God, they must be so worried."
Tears slowly slid down Rose's cheeks and she put her head in her hands. "They will find us, Rosey."
"I hope so. Because Vito can't keep us here forever."
