I Feel Different

 Pierce's POV

        I woke up with a sudden sore feeling in my arm. I looked down to see Josephine cuddled up to me. Her head lay in my arm, and her arms wrapped around me. It feels nice. WAIT!? No it doesn't! 

        I shove her off of me before climbing out of the bed. She is suddenly woken up. Her messy hair and exposed chest, started to make me feel aroused. I quickly shake the feeling off before walking out to leave her room. She looks at me with soft eyes. I felt her heart sinking, since we were connected by a bond. It hurts me too, but I will never fall for you.

        I walked out of the room, letting the door slam shut behind me. I look down the hall to see my sister run towards me. I rolled my eyes as soon as she gave me a 'what happened!?' look.

"Nothing happened, I won't bond with her like that." I said to her, walking past her in a fast pace.

Cassandra suddenly smacks my arm, "Even if you try to have s*x with other women to suppress the feelings of mating with Josephine, you better at least consider her feelings."

I glare at her, "Never. I will not fall down a Rogue path by mating with her."

"Regardless you have to, because she is your mate." Cassandra shouted at me.

"Cassie, I will never, ever fall in love or mate with the people who killed our brother." I growled angrily.

Cassandra's face fell into a frown, "You can't blame her for Elliot's death just because she's a Rogue."

I grit my teeth before walking away, "They were all responsible."

        Cassandra sighs loudly as I leave the hallway. I quickly make my way down the stairs to see Estella. I widen my eyes in shock. Arthur, standing next to her, looks at me with a 'good luck' face. I shake my head.

"Pierce." Estella said softly with a smile.

I stare at her, "What are you doing here? I thought you were supposed to be gone for 5 years. You're here after 3 years only?"

Estella pauses for a moment, "I wanted to see you."

"I'll leave you two alone." Arthur says to us before walking towards the dining room doors.

        As soon as Arthur goes into the dining room and shuts the door behind him, I look at Estella. She looks at me back with a small smile. She is my first love. I admit, I miss her silky red hair, those hazel brown eyes, and her slim thick figure. 

"Cut the crap, you never even sent me letters." I spat at her with hateful eyes.

Estella chuckles, "Baby, that's because I wanted to come see you in person."

"In person? My f*****g ass, Estella." I spouted angrily, "The f**k do you want!" 

Estella rolls her eyes, "I just wanted you, because I've been craving you."

I glare at her, "I'm tired."

"Why? Cause of your mate?" Estella scoffed with a smirk.

I grab her by the neck, "I will snap this neck and lock you in the dungeon if you ever call her my mate again! Do you understand!?" 

Estella widens her eyes, "Y-Yes."

I let her go, then I grab her hand, "You wanna f**k so badly? Let's go to my room."

Josephine's POV

        The bed felt so cold without Pierce next to me. I understood that he hated me, but he could've at least tried to tell me to get off instead of shoving me. I shake off the feeling of sadness. Before I can get out of bed, I hear a knock at the door. I quickly jump to my feet and run to the closet to change from my lingerie. 

        After I change into a tight light blue long sleeve shirt, with skinny jeans that hugged my waist comfortably. I go towards the door to open it. I swing the door open to find Cassandra standing there. She is a very beautiful girl, and she is slightly shorter than me.

"Um, hello." I say to her with a smile.

Cassandra smiles back, "Hey! I just wanted to ask if you would like to come with me to take a run in the Northern woods, next to Blue Moon lake?" 

I smile back, "I would love to, I need to clear my head a bit."

Cassandra links her arm with mine, "I know, my brother is a pain."

        I chuckle a little before walking out of my room with her. We walk together down the stairs. As we do, I suddenly look at Pierce's room door. I could feel his s****l feelings. I quickly hide the pain of thinking about what he could be doing behind his locked door. 

Cassandra looks to me as we reach the second floor, "So, I want to ask some questions about your life, if that's okay?" 

I laugh softly, "Of course it is, Cassandra."

"Cassie! Call me Cassie! Or sister, or sister-in-law!" Cassandra shouted with a huge smile.

"Ahahaha, okay." I replied to her.

         I told Cassandra everything I knew about my childhood. My parents were never around, because of the war between Rogues and Royals. I spent most of my time with Aunt Elaine, Uncle Lobo, and Lu. My father's name was Lupus and my mother was Lucretia. My mother was so attached to my father, because of the mate bond and she loved him so deeply. Uncle Lobo told me that my father was so respected by the Rogues. My father was almost like their leader at times. 

"Well, it's not like I hate you for being a Rogue." Cassandra said to me, "I really like that you're going to marry my brother, because I hope it can bring Rogues and Royals together."

I look at her, "Well, the Rogues are all in the west, plus no one knows that I'm Lupus' daughter."

Cassandra chuckles, "Soooo you're a secret princess?"

I rolled my eyes playfully, "Nooo!"

        We laughed so hard. I loved talking to her. Cassandra reminded me so much of Luana. I feel like we will be best friends. It would be nice to have a friend or two, while living amongst Royals.

"Okay, let's get into wolf form and run off into the woods." Cassandra says out loud.

"Mhm" I replied softly.

        Cassandra quickly transformed into her wolf form. Her fur was pure black, and she had a white diamond shaped spot on her forehead. I changed into my pure white furred wolf form. Cassandra nudges me before racing off down the mountain, towards the woods. I quickly run to catch up to her.
