Golden Eyes

        Ace in his dark silver furred wolf form with golden eyes, looked around the Blue lake. He suddenly turns into his human form as soon as he sees Ronan walking with a huge bloody mouth.

"Jesus, don't tell me you ate all of it." Ace scoffed with his arms crossed. 

Ronan bows his head down, "I'm sorry, Ace. I was hungry, I haven't eaten in two days."

Ace shoos Ronan away with his hand, "It's fine."

"I shall go get another kill." Ronan says before leaving.

        Ace shrugs before walking towards the waterfall nearby. He walks through the pouring cold water, and he waits patiently in a cave behind the falling water underneath the waterfall. He feels the coldness of his soaked shirt, sink into his body. As he closes his eyes, he opens them quickly after smelling a sweet scent.

Josephine's POV

        Cassandra and I got to the woods. We looked around before transforming into human form. Cassandra stretched her body into the air before digging underneath a huge boulder. I stare at her curiously.

"Um... what are you doing?" I asked her.

Cassandra laughs, "There is a little crystal that Elliot and Pierce found when we were kids, and they always hide it under this boulder."

"Ohhh." I chuckle before walking away, "I'm going to head to the waterfall."

"Oh yeah, go ahead! Explore! I want to catch something to eat after I grab this crystal." Cassandra said as she struggled to dig.

I looked at her, "Wait why are you taking it out?"

Cassandra looks up at me, "To see if this will make Pierce feel better."

I chuckle softly, "Okay."

        I make my way towards the waterfall, so I can take a drink. Step by step I walked, and the scent of fish filled my nose. Mmm, some trout sounds good to eat right now. 

        As I walked towards the lake, I saw the huge waterfall. The smell of fresh water and fish was the only thing I was focused on. I quickly bend down to get a drink of water. I scoop up some water with a cup before drinking out of it. I see some huge lake trout swim by, which made me get into hunting mode. I quickly jump into the water to try and catch one. 

        I groan in frustration. This is why I hated being an Omega. I am way too slow to catch the big fish. Ughhhh, I really wish Cassandra can hurry up. 

"Tsk, need some help?" 

        I widen my eyes as soon as I heard a man's voice. I look behind myself to see a tall man staring at me. He had the most beautiful yellow golden eyes. His soaking wet t-shirt hugged his body so tightly, which showed his muscular figure. I stare at him for like more than 5 seconds. I quickly look away from him.

"Um, I'm fine." I reply softly before walking out of the water.

He looks at me from head to toe, "You definitely look fine."

I widen my eyes, "Uh, thanks?"

"For an omega." He chuckled softly.

I glare at him, "For an Alpha, you have such a bitchy attitude."

"Ahahaha, you're interesting." He said to me with a smirk.

I roll my eyes before turning away from him, "I'm a little busy, so I can't talk."

He was quiet for a moment before talking, "If you're having trouble with catching fish, then I can help you out."

I turn to look at him, "I'm good."

"Too bad, I'll help." He says to me, then walks into the water.

        I turn away from him, and I try to focus on finding the trout. I feel his presence get close to me. The hairs on my body stand up on my neck. I turn around to face him, but it ends up with my chest bumping into his. Our eyes locked in each other's gaze. I felt consumed by the beauty of his eyes. He suddenly smirks at me before slamming his hand into the water. I gasp in shock at his sudden movement. He pulls his hand out, and reveals a huge floppy trout. I look at him with an impressed look on my face.

"Easy." He said to me before handing the fish to me.

I roll my eyes, "I don't need your fish, I can get one myself!"

He chuckles softly, "Okay, feisty"

        He drops the fish into the water, then crosses his arms. He stares at me intensely. I scoff at him before looking down at the water. As a huge trout swims by, my hand quickly strikes. I grabbed the fish by the tail, then pulled it out of the water. The man looked at me with wide eyes. I smirked at him, flapping the fish in his face.

"Told you, I don't need help." I chuckled.

"Impressive." He replied to me.

"Thank you." I smiled before letting the fish go.

        The fish flops into the water making a huge splash. I walk to go back onto the dirt shore, but my ankle suddenly gets wedged between two huge rocks. Damn ittttttt! 

    The man looks at me as I stopped. I try to pull my foot out, but it ends up with me falling backwards. The man catches me in his arms. I look up at him. He looks down at me with a surprised look.

"You need my help now?" He asked with a small laugh.

I felt my cheeks heat up, "N-No!"

He lifts me back onto my feet, "Sure, because I could've let you fall."

I forcefully pull my foot out, "Whatever-Ow!"

        I look down to see my ankle with a huge bloody cut from the rocks. He looks down at my foot too, then he suddenly bends down. I try to pull way, but he grabs my ankle. 

"Ouch!" I whined.

"Clumsy! You should've waited till I moved the rocks." He shouted at me.

I looked at him, "S-Sorry.."

        Who does he think he is!? Yelling at me like that? I don't even know you! We met like an hour ago. Why am I even still talking to you? Goshhhhh. WHERE IS CASSANDRA!?

"Sit down, let me wrap this up for you." He says to me before carrying me bridle style in his arms.

I widen my eyes, "Whoa! We just met!"

He rolls his eyes, "Shut up and let me help you."

        I stay quiet as soon as he said that. I wrap my arms around his neck as he carried me back onto the dirt shore. He sat me down on a rock before bending down on one knee. I watch as he gently lifts my foot up to look at the wound. He rips a long strip piece of his shirt off. 

"I'm Ace, by the way." He suddenly said to me.
