She gasped when he grabbed her wrist and pulled her down on top of him just in time to miss another set of claws coming straight for her. Suki looked down into Shinbe’s eyes and noticed the perverted guardian was smiling.
‘Oh please… please don’t let him say something stupid,’ she thought to herself.
“I could definitely get used to this,” Shinbe whispered just loud enough for her to hear.
Suki blushed and wanted to hit him again but the situation called for everyone to have their wits about them. “Keep dreaming.”
