Chapter 1: Bloodstains Behind the Gates of Wudang
Morning mist descended slowly at the foot of Mount Wudang. The new disciples were practicing the basic formation of the Sky Sweeping Dew technique. But that morning turned into hell.
An explosion echoed from the peak. Black smoke billowed upward. A figure in dark robes appeared in the sky, descending calmly through the air.
“Thirteen years ago, Wudang slaughtered my father. Now I come to collect the blood debt...”
He was Mo Lie Tian, the outcast disciple of the Black Sky Sect. He now mastered the forbidden technique of the Thousand Shadows of Hell, and in an instant... two Wudang elders fell at his hands.
A young disciple named Liang Feng could only watch. The Grand Master saved him at the last moment before his own body was struck by Mo Lie Tian’s bloodstained palm.
Chapter 2: The Exiled Swordsman
Liang Feng was severely injured. He was carried away to a small village by a stranger—Mei Lin, the daughter of a wandering priest from the Northern Ice Temple.
When he regained consciousness, he wept silently. His sect was destroyed, his master was dead. But Mei Lin wiped away his tears.
“If you want to avenge... then rise up. But not with anger. With honor.”
In his heart, Liang swore. He would seek out the teachings of Wudang and add new knowledge to them.
Chapter 3: The Forbidden Technique of the Ice Temple
Mei Lin brought Liang to the snow temple. There, the old priest taught him a rare technique: Ice Splitting Shadow—a technique that was calm and killed silently. However, it could only be used if the heart was not filled with hatred, but clarity.
The training was grueling. Under the icy rain and biting cold, Liang Feng battled against himself.
His relationship with Mei Lin also grew. There were nights when they sat together on the snow, gazing at the sky, holding hands in silence.
Chapter 4: The Battle Behind the Eclipse
Mo Lie Tian prepared to destroy the Shaolin Sect during the night eclipse.
Liang Feng arrived—clad in white robes and with blazing eyes.
“I am the last disciple of Wudang. I did not come to seek revenge. But to end your grudge.”
The battle began. The Thousand Shadows of Hell technique struck relentlessly, but Liang responded calmly, gliding like water and ice.
With a single breath and the Ice Splitting Shadow technique, Liang pierced Mo Lie Tian’s heart... not with a sword, but with an open palm.
“Your death needs no help... your own hatred is what kills you.”
Chapter 5: Love on the Snow
Liang Feng was barely breathing after the battle. Mei Lin embraced him on the snow stained red with blood.
“Don’t die... if you die, who will accompany me to watch the snow every winter?”
Liang smiled weakly. “If I die... I will become morning dew. To accompany you every day...”
Chapter 6: The Shadow Behind the Emperor's Palace
A month had passed since Liang Feng defeated Mo Lie Tian. The martial arts world was calm... but only on the surface. Secretly, rumors were spreading:
Someone was collecting heretical books and killing martial artists from various schools.
People call him Hei Yao, meaning Black Shadow. No one knows his face. But every place he visits… leaves only corpses and scorched footprints.
The Shattered Sky Sect
The Southern Sky Sect, which once trained Mei Lin… was destroyed in a single night. The Sect Leader was hung upside down, and on his chest was carved a terrifying phrase:
“All martial artists who have touched the Snow Book must perish.”
Mei Lin was stunned. But the old priest from the Ice Temple spoke softly:
“Hei Yao… might be a wayward disciple from my master’s old lineage. He studied dark arts… and once stole the Black Ice Book. But there is one thing even more terrifying…”
He looked at Liang Feng.
“Hei Yao… might be your biological brother.”
Chapter 7: Truth in the Flames
Liang Feng was overwhelmed with confusion. He recalled childhood memories: when he was six years old, his family was massacred by corrupt royal soldiers. He was the only survivor. But now he knew—he wasn’t the only one.
Another baby had been saved... and taken by a heretical monk to the western region. That baby had become Hei Yao, his biological brother—but had fallen into the path of darkness.
Chapter 8: Brotherly Duel in the Snow
At the peak of Jade Mountain, Liang finally met Hei Yao.
The man was dressed in black, his eyes blood-red, his body not entirely human. Behind him, the sky was filled with storm clouds. He spoke calmly.
“You… my brother? Then you should follow me. Let’s cleanse the world of the hypocrisy of the fake warriors!”
Liang shook his head. “They may be wrong… but you’ve chosen the path to hell.”
The battle began. Ice and fire, light and darkness, two brothers clashed in destiny. The Ice Splitting Shadow technique barely managed to penetrate Hei Yao’s Black Dragon Tongue technique.
In the midst of the battle, Mei Lin appeared… and sealed Hei Yao’s final technique with the Snow Book. But she was severely injured.
Liang, in anger and tears, finally created a new technique:
“Eternal Snow Shadow” — a fusion of the Ice Temple and Wudang arts.
With that single technique… he froze Hei Yao’s blood and left him sprawled on the ground.
“You are my brother… but I cannot let you destroy the world.”
Chapter 9: Wounds, Love, and a New Sky
Mei Lin was cared for by the Shaolin elders. She might not be able to fight again… but her heart had already merged with Liang Feng’s.
“We have walked a path stained with blood… now, let us build a new world,” Liang said, gazing toward the eastern horizon.
