Deja's College Years:
When Deja turned six years of age, she was faced with such horror. "My parents had gone away on a trip and never returned."
Deja did grow up in the care of someone who loved her, and earlier on in life, like any other girl, Deja dreamed of getting married and having a family, but Deja realized that would probably never happen to her. However, Deja had a goal in life that gave her far greater purpose. For one thing, she knew young girls and females, in general, who had experienced far worse things than she had and would need her help to have a better life.
Deja kept in mind that when her own family didn't want her, a stranger took her in, cared for her, and showed her love. She tried to do the same, and Deja could see how even her friends depended on her even now
