Kade’s POV Grandfather’s funeral was beautiful. He had it all planned and paid for when he got his diagnosis of his heart failure. He didn’t want it to be a burden on me after his passing. It has been about a week since his funeral and I felt shut off from the world. It felt like everything around me was moving in slow motion. I was never good with processing or showing emotions and this was tough time for me. Tanner took a lot of the business load off me so I could take time to mourn but I needed to go back to work.
