"Doctor, there is someone here to see you".

"Trish I am a doctor, there always someone here to see me, now tell me what is so special about this someone that is making you smile that much".

"Its because he is very cute, hot and yummy looking, like something that was made to be eaten raw, you get what am saying right, I think you will like him alot".

"Him hah, w*****d type or Telemundo?".

"If we say w*****d,he can lie under the possessive lover category, but if we say Telemundo, he is hottie, you know, the heir to the wealth of the villain".

"And that's why you are my best assistant I guess".

"Yap, and cute too don't forget that, I wonder when am gonna find my own Mafia, who's gonna want me by force and love me till whenever".

"Trish, tell you what, my mom always said, that every girl, has that picture in her head, of what their perfect better half should look like, but in reality, they will always end up falling for the exact opposite of what they had imagined, so believe me when I tell that this mafia you dream about ain't coming in black, okay now let my patient in already".

It's been two weeks since I found out I was pregnant for him of all creatures in the world.A part of me is happy, but the rest of me is scared.Scared of the questions,scared of how my child will grow up, scared of how my mom will take the whole thing.What if she doesn't believe me, what if he finds out am pregnant and wants to get rid of it, I am a first time mother, what if I do something and I harm my baby,....

"A penny for your thoughts beautiful".

"Davi, what are you doing here?".

"Came here to see you, I mean that's what patients do when they are sick, and I also brought you lunch, you know I am chef right, food follows me everywhere".

"Came here to see me, why, are you sick, you were perfectly fine when I saw you this morning,plus, it's not even my lunch break yet".

"Yeah, I know that, but it's only twenty minutes away, and you are pregnant, you need food and rest"..

"Am just one month gone Davi, that's no big deal, besides am not even hungry,and I still have one patient to go before my break".

"I am that patient, and after that,your afternoon is free,and then you can take your creation nap".

"What is a creation nap?".

"You are pregnant, meaning a little someone is growing inside your tummy, so you need to sleep so that your body can create, maybe you are creating a nose today".

"Aaaaah"

"Yes,and I brought you food which will be the building blocks for your creation work, hope you like it, I made it with love".

"Mhh, smells nice and looks yummy too".

"Dig in, it's all for you".

"You said you are the next patient, this doctor is at your service".

"That's when the problem in my heart started, at first it was just racing,but now it's different, some times it stops and then starts racing again,in short the rhythms change with the things you do".

"Which kind of things if I might ask?".

"When you smile or look at me, I get a tachycardia, when you walk past me or you say my name or when I hear your voice,or smell your fragrance along the corridors in the house, I get a bradycardia, but lately things are changing".

"Ooh wow, okay,I don't even know what to say, are you sure am still the doctor for this?".

" Yes you are, You don't have to say anything,just listen.As I was saying, lately things have changed.Since the day I found out you are pregnant, I mean the day we all found out, I just grew this urge to protect you and your baby, I just want to be there holding your had every step of the way, I know your baby has it's dad, and I might sound crazy right now, but I really wanna father that child and the many other that will come in the future, I want you and everything about you to be mine, you know why, because my heart beats like, mo boop, i boop.ra boop,with every pulse, it's okay to have that look of surprise you have on your face right now, you don't have to say a word, all am really saying is, I really do like you Moira,no like is an understatement, am starting to fall for you, every single day, and I want to make you mine if you let me.Can I ask you something princess?".

"Okay, go ahead am listening".

"Can I take you out Moira,you don't have to answer now take your time".

"Okay, thank you for lunch Davi, it was delicious".

"You are welcome Ira baby, by the way, my dad wants to talk to you in his office".

"Did he come to the hospital today?".

"Yeah, we arrived together, he has a meeting here today I guess".

"Ooh, I almost forgot about that, can you wait for me, you can drive me home after the meeting, that is if you don't mind".

"I promised I won't cry about it anymore, but then here I am I guess my hormones won".

" Have you thought about telling Sabina about it".

"I just don't know how to go about it, am scared of her reaction,am thinking, what if she doesn't believe me, this is a man she has loved for more than a decade, what if he has already brain washed her, i just don't know what to do at this point".

"It's okay, when the right time comes and chance presents itself, we will tell her.Talking about love, did your mother ever tell you that we were once sweethearts?"

"I knew you would, a long time ago, before Moira ever came to existence, there were three people, Michi, Jeff, and Saby.This three went to the same highschool, Jeff and Michi were best of friends before Saby joined the school.When she eventually did,the two of them started having feelings for, because, well, who wouldn't , she was the diamond of the school.But then, Michi had an advantage over Jeff, because his family was a friend to Saby's family.The only advantage Jeff had, was that,Saby was in love him,she chose him from all the other guys that were pursuing her.But then, when they eventually joined college, Michi and saby chose a business course, and Jeff chose medicine.And when it came time for Saby to choose a husband, she chose Michi to please her dad, because according to him, he wanted a son in law who could run his business after him, and Michi fit in that category perfectly, but, since Jeff and Saby were in love, they did something that was very wrong after their arranged marriage".

"Wait, so you mean my mom and him were never in love, and neither were you in love with Davi and Jake's mom, but mom always told me she loved him".

" After an arranged marriage, you eventually learn to love each other with time, for the sake of your children".

"Ooh, so what wrong thing did you and mom do".

"We aaah, we were still seeing each other four years into our marriages, and when Jake was born, I realized I couldn't continue doing that to my wife and Michi, because even after our short comings, he was once my best friend, and I don't think I have ever had another after that".

"lemme get this straight, if you guys knew each other from dinosaurs ago, how come when I introduced you guys, you behaved like it's the first time you were meeting?".

"I guess it was to avoid telling our shame story, but now you know, I was your mom's first love like she was mine".

"So grandpa Rob did not let you have his daughter because you were a doctor".

"Yeah, and I understood where he was coming from".

"And so history repeated it's self with Davi, Ellen's dad won't let him be with her because he is a chef, wow".

"Yeah, kinda, but am glad he is falling for you,so I don't have to arrange his marriage for him,and maybe Kai is right, I went ahead and brought home wives for my son's, I didn't expect it, but I'll be so glad if you all ended up together".

"That's also an arrangement don't you think".

" To some extent yeah, but it's okay, I love this particular arrangement".

"Professor, do you think that He did this to me just to get back at my mom, that maybe he realized after all this years, though he was a the legal husband to mom in papers, her heart still belonged to you".

"You think in his head he thinks the perfect way to hurt your mom is through hurting you?".

"Yeah, he knows how precious I am to my mom, I came out of her and destroyed her womb in the process,so that's why am the only child of theirs, he knows it will kill my mom if anything ever happens to me".

" But you are still his daughter sweetie, he loves you".

"Yeah, he loves me enough to the extent of defiling me in the same bed he cuddled me in when I was scared of the storm, he loves me enough to threaten to kill me if I ever open my mouth and tell a soul of what he did to me".

"Am sure that was nothing but a threat dear, okay, I don't want you to be gloomy again, let's attend that meeting, shall we".

" okay, and thank you for telling me about you and mom, because I know I would have never come to know about it".

"Saby would have told you eventually, in her death maybe".
