“What is the not so good news?” Kirra asked as James took a bite of his salmon and dill sandwich.
“Hazel wants to go as a mole to the abductors. She will go over to the no man’s land today at 4. She will negotiate with them telling them about Kirra’s engagement and then she will be able to mindlink us.” Noah said evenly.
Kirra and James looked at each other. This time James said, “are you cool with this?”
“Yes,” Noah squared his shoulders. His anguish clearly visible on his boyish face.
“But what if she isn’t able to mindlink us from there?” Kirra was agitated with the thought. Although she wasn’t very fond of Hazel, she would never want her to be harmed. She had the same responsibility of protection for all her pack members. Her personal feelings about any of them would never come in
