"Nah" she smiled and threw the covers aside. She got up and looked at her dress. "Oops" she giggled before pulling down her ridden dress.
His breathing changed as he looked at her. "Ms. Peters" he sounded firm. "Yup, that's me" she smiled at him.
"Ms. Peters" he said, a little on the harsh tone. "You're wearing out my name" she giggled. "Sleep" he said.
"N..no" she said, stepping back. "I won't s..sleep w..with you" she said, moving backwards. He couldn't help but smirk.
"Wanna join me, hmm?" he asked, standing up. "D..don't" she said, stumbling backwards. In two big steps he was right in front of her and her breath got stuck in her throat.
"Breathe, Ms. Peters" he said and she nodded, slowly breathing. "Come" he smirked as he held her hand. She beamed and walked along with him.
"Let's sleep" he said huskily. "Okay" she smiled and he gasped. "But I'm occupying this side. That is yours" she pointed to the other side and lied down.
Was she in her senses? Of course not. He lied down, immediately falling asleep. "Mr. King" she whispered. "Mr. King" she called him again.
He slowly opened his red eyes. "What now, Ms Peters?" he asked. "I can see someone, down there" she pointed to the window.
"Just sleep" he said and turned away. "Mr. King, follow me, quick" she whispered, excitement in the air.
"You there Mr King?" she asked and there was no reply. "Mr. King, you're in danger, how can you sleep?" she tried waking him up.
"Mr. King" she hissed and punched his shoulder. "What the f**k?" he hissed as he opened his eyes. "Now listen, the code is, quick quick quick, Okay?" she asked.
"What?!" he spat in disbelief. "When I say the word quick, three times, it's the signal that I spotted the intruder, get it?" she asked.
He groaned softly. "Ms. Peters, if you don't sleep now, I'll throw you out on the streets and it's middle of the night" he said in an authoritative voice and closed his eyes.
She narrowed her eyes at him and groaned softly. "Dumb head" she said, smacking his forehead before slowly tiptoeing out of the room.
He was fast asleep to notice anything. It took time for her eyes to adjust to the outside darkness.
She slowly moved along the corridor, keeping her eyes and ears open.
She reached the steps and looked at it. She slowly placed one foot after the other, holding the railing with both hands.
She finally reached the last step but tripped. She fell on her butt but managed to get up. She rubbed her butt and walked to the living room.
She looked all around and walked to the window. She peeped but there was no one. She went back and to the front door.
Before she could open it, the door slowly opened and she gasped softly, hiding behind the opening door.
A well built man, who was also tall, walked in and shut the door softly. Noiseless, she made a mental note of how he walked.
He seemed to be swinging as he walked. She cracked her knuckles, even though there was no sound. She turned her neck to both the sides and got ready.
She jumped a few times, to make sure she was perfect. Three.. Two.. One..
"Aaaaaaah" she shrieked as she pounced on him and landed to the ground. The man struggled but she sat on him and held him tightly.
"Quick Quick Quick" she screamed but he pushed her off. "Quick Quick Quick" she called louder, what was agent two doing?!
Dumb head. She scowled as the intruder brutally fastened his hand over her mouth.
She squirmed but no avail. Suddenly all the lights were on and Henry gasped in shock. Three younger men came and gasped as well.
Thomas came racing down the stairs. "George!!" he roared and pushed him off of poor Aria. He punched him and George fell flat.
"You Dumbass!! How many times did I have to yell?! Good for nothing oaf ! Don't tell me you were sleeping! There's the culprit. Arrest him" she said and walked up the stairs, leaving behind four men whose jaw dropped open.
Thomas sighed and looked at George. He had passed out. "That's okay, you can go" he said and the others nodded, walking off.
"George" he groaned and helped him up the stairs. He laid him on the bed and walked down to his room.
"You, come here" she said authoritatively. "You think it was a joke?!" she roared. "Quiet down Aria" he shushed her.
"I can dismiss you, you know that?! Talking back to a senior detective, not obeying orders, sleeping at the most important time!!" she scowled.
"Don't show me your face again, you're good for nothing" she hissed and lied down, pulling the sheets over her.
He chuckled softly and held his stomach, not being able to laugh anymore. "Ma'am, can I please sleep next to you?" he asked and she turned around.
"Most definitely not!! Sleep on the floor without any pillows or sheets. Go sleep" she said and he nodded, like an obedient child, when scolded by parents.
She turned and soon he lied down on the couch. "Agent two, come back here, I'll forgive you this time" she said and he laughed silently.
She sat up in bed and clutched her head. It hurt like hell. Suddenly her breath hitched. This wasn't her bed. She looked around and gasped.
Where the hell was she?! No no no! She couldn't have lost her virginity to some random bar guy.
She clutched her head harder and suddenly looked at him. He was sleeping peacefully, no clothes, hair messed up.
She closed her eyes hoping this was only a dream. She moved the sheets aside, carefully and stood up. At least she was wearing her clothes.
She looked at him and found that he had sweatpants on, when the sheets had been moved. But they were still in the same bed.
Holy crap!! This was Thomas King. She gasped before running out of the room.
She heard footsteps and decided to run upstairs. She ran into George's room and gasped. He was sitting up and clutching his head.
"George?" she called. "Aria?" he looked at her. "What are you doing here?" he asked. "That's exactly what I was going to ask?" she hissed.
"What, why am I here? This is my house, so where else would.." he spoke.
"No. That why am I here? In your house?!" she asked. "Oh my god! We didn't.. Please.. Oh Gwen.." he shut his eyes.
"Shut it, George. We obviously didn't. I came up just now" she said.
*****
Sneak peek
"You pounced on me?!" he whispered as she climbed out.
"No! Why would I?! I have no interest for piggy back rides anymore" she hissed.
"Anyway, I'm leaving" she said. "My head stings" she cursed.
"If I ever fall in trouble because of you both, ever again, I'll be the one to tell your brother not to let you guys marry, get it?!" she hissed and walked out.
