Aria’s POV: There are nights when I’m afraid to sleep. Well, not so much afraid, but...unable. “Please stop! Don’t hurt mommy and daddy anymore! Please! Please! Please!” The little boy cries into his hands. He lifts his teary face and clutches my clothes. I brush his small hands off me and grab the two bodies. “No.” I throw them in the fire. “No!” And as I allow the fire to erupt behind me, I see the small boy curl into the ground. His cries somehow overpower the screams. I smile as the town burns into ashes. Burn. Burn. Let it all burn...into nothing butashes.
