The Cold Hearted Betrayal

Beast's POV As we were walking back down the aisle; I was in complete shock from both of their confessions. I didn't know what to say or how I should react to the news. I mean both of my wives are pregnant and they didn't tell us until now, and as part of their wedding vows. I'm not one hundred percent sure how I should feel about this. I'm upset that they didn't think they could tell us about them being pregnant, but at the same time I am extremely happy that I am getting more pups. I mean I can understand why they wanted to wait since Zander passing and then being reborn into the moon god but still. I wish they would have told us sooner that way we wouldn't have been caught off guard. We finally reached our rooms to get changed and then met up in the hallway. We walked down stairs and got into the car. Our driver took off towards our territory where the reception was being held at. About an hour and thirty minutes later; Amon and I walked in with our brides and everyone stood up and started clapping. I was mesmerized by the decorations it felt magical. There was silk cloth hanging down from the middle of the ceiling making it look like we were in a tent. Around all of the tables there was about eight medium size trees with little golden lights strung up. In the center of the room there was a dance floor big enough for everyone to dance on. I looked over at the tables and seen were small but elegant center pieces. In the back of the room is where the DJ was located at. I listened to the music and he was playing Amazed by Lonestar when we walked in. My breath was taken away when I saw our wedding cake. It's a six tier cake with vanilla and chocolate frosting, with black and white roses going around each of the tiers. I was able to see a picture of our wolves and lycans on the third tier, and on top of the sixth tier was two brides and two grooms. After about a couple of minutes of admiring the decorations we reached our table. We didn't have to wait to long before we were able to get our food from the buffet they had set up against the wall. We had buffalo wings bone in and bone out with burgers and fries. The smell was making my mouth water. (about an hour later) It was time for the first dance. We all got up from the table and took our places in the middle of the dance floor. When the DJ started playing All of Me by John Legend; Ranesmay and I started dancing together at the same time Amon and Bunny started dancing together. We surprised Bunny and Ranesmay with this switch because they didn't plan it at all. I was dancing with Bunny and Amon was dancing with Ranesmay. We wanted to surprise them since neither of our parents were alive. I knew then and there that they were crying happy tears. After the dance was over the DJ played another song and we went back to our table and sat down. Once we got to our table Bunny and Ranesmay looked at us with questioning looks. "What is on your minds my beautiful wives?" I asked with a curios look on my face. "Well Bunny and I were wondering about the second switch." Ranesmay said. "Yeah; why did you guys surprise us with a second switch?" Bunny finished asking. "We knew that neither of our parents were going to be here because they all have passed due to one thing or another." Amon started to explain and he looked at me because they were starting to tear up so I finished. "So we thought that it would be a good idea instead of a father daughter dance and a mother son dance we could take their place during our first dance. That way you wouldn't fully miss out on the whole wedding experience." I finished stating to them. At this point they were bawling at the same time of apologizing and blaming it on the pregnancy hormones. We smiled at them telling them that they don't have to apologize and that it is okay. After a couple of minutes they finally calmed down enough and the guests started coming up to the table congratulating us. When James and Julie came up. Julie started talking to Ranesmay and Bunny and Amon and I excused our selves and walked away from the table to talk to James alone without being interrupted. We went to our office and closed the door. I walked over to get three glasses and a bottle of lusty claw bourbon that was made in 1945 that I was saving for a very special occasion. "Alright lets sit down and get to business." I said while pouring the whiskey. "Thank you and your guy's honeymoon is all set. You guys will be in Rome for seven nights and then you will drive down to Pescocostanzo, Italy and stay there for seven nights. I booked the honeymoon suite at Hotel Artemide located in Rome. The suite comes with a king size bed, a private bathroom with a spa tub, a beautiful city view, a huge terrace. Breakfast is included and you all get a complimentary bathrobe and slippers for each of you with the hotel logo on it." James said with a smile on his face. "Okay what about the second location? Is it just as extravagant as the first?" Amon asked. "It's not as extravagant and the reason for that is because I didn't get you guys a hotel in the second city. You guys will be staying in a Villa by yourselves. This villa has a private garden with direct access to the forest and is equipped with a slide, swing, hammock, picnic table, and a gazebo. Overlooking the garden fence is a small river a short distance away. In the shed there is a flight of stairs which will lead you to the apartment that houses the mosquito nets, it has two large balconies with panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountains. In the house; the first level consists of a master bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, large living room with balcony, corner fireplace, large dining table and satellite TV. On the ground level there is a small kitchen with an entrance from the living room. In the loft there are three single beds, with a dressing room, bathroom with shower and another satellite TV. Also you won't get that great of cell range there so it has a fixed telephone line." James said with a smile on his face. The one thing he didn't mention was the Alpha's we have to go meet and greet and let them know we were staying in there territory. That was the question I was dreading the most. "Did you set up the meeting's with the Alpha's in those two territories?" I asked then I finished my drink in one go. "Yes both territories are under one alpha. His name is Alpha Alessandro Enzo Luca Keres, he is a very ruthless alpha of the Pacchetto Luna di Sangue Legno Scuro also known as the Dark Wood Blood Moon Pack. You will be staying at his hotel and one of his personal villa's for the entire duration of your stay. He hates outsiders and doesn't trust many people. So be on your guard at all times. His pack is spread out through all of San Venanzo, Rome, and Pescocostanzo. Some of his pack members work at the hotel and if you have any problems with anyone just let him know. I also told him who you all were and that he could trust you. You will be meeting with him on the second day you are all in Rome. He will have a car pick you up at 10:00 am to take you to his personal house in San Venanzo Terni Umbria Italy, and your meeting will start at 12:15 pm. " James said with a concern look on his face. There was something he wasn't telling us about this alpha but what. Lucifer came out and voiced my concerns. "What else are you not telling us about this alpha? We know your hiding something." "Well you guessed right there is one thing you should know. Make sure you (pointing to Amon) and Ranesmay hide your scent from him. He does not trust hybrids. I recommend taking your head warrior or gamma with you for added protection " James said with a worried look on his face. "Thanks for everything and making sure that our honeymoon is completely ready for us and setting up the meeting. Our newly brides believe we will only be gone for a week but in truth we will be gone for 2 weeks. Anyways we all should be getting back to the reception lunch. Our wives are starting to get antsy." Amon said. We all got up and shook hands with him. We left our office and went back to the wedding reception. After awhile of looking for them we finally found them asking a group of people if they knew where we went. They looked upset because it was time to cut our wedding cake and they couldn't find us. We walked up right behind them and wrapped our arms around them. They were tense at first and then relaxed when they felt the sparks. "Where did you guys go it is time to cut our wedding cake?" Ranesmay said with an angry tone. "We had to finish up the last bit of details for our honeymoon. Don't worry about it. Every thing is already set." I said while kissing her cheek. They took a deep breath and we walked over to our wedding cake. Amon and Bunny had the chocolate side while Ranesmay and I had the vanilla side. I looked over at the DJ and mind linked him. "It is time to cut the cake and speeches to begin please turn the music off." I told him. "Of course High King Beast." He mind linked back without delay. Once the music was off everyone's eyes were on us. The silence in the room could have been cut with a butter knife. We took the cake knife in our hands at the same time as Amon and Bunny. We looked at each other and cut the cake simultaneously. Once we finished everyone in the room started clapping. The cake was passed out to everyone including the DJ and the servers. Once everyone was seated the toasts began. (Two hours later) The toasts were finally over and so was our reception. We walked over to the front door and gave our thanks for everyone who came and they congratulated us again. After awhile Bunny and Ranesmay had to sit down because they were tired and Amon and I took over. Once everyone was gone that traveled to our pack that wasn't staying with us left we walked over to the living room and sat down with our newly brides. They were laying across the couches knocked out. I sat down at the end where Ranesmay's feet were and started giving her a foot massage and Amon did the same with Bunny. They both looked exhausted but that is to be expected after the big day they both have had. After about thirty minutes of massaging their feet we woke them up from their cat naps. "Ranesmay, Bunny wake up beautiful's we have to pack for our flight." Amon said with excitement in his voice. They both woke up groggy and irritated. They both asked "what did you say?" "We need to go home and pack for our honeymoon. We will be leaving tomorrow morning for Rome. Also we will be bringing Gamma D with us for protection." I said with a smile on my face. That was when Ranesmay jumped up from the couch and started heading for the door. Before she even left the room she stopped in her tracts. She turned around with an evil look on her face and slowly walked back over to me. "What do you mean Gamma D is coming with us for protection?" Bunny asked before Ranesmay started yelling at us. "Well the territory that we will be staying in; the alpha there is very ruthless and since you and Ranesmay won't be able to shift we thought it would be better if Gamma D came with us just as an extra precautionary measure." Amon said with a straight face. They both didn't say anything for a while and they looked at each other. We knew they were communicating through mind link but there blocks were up and we weren't able to listen in. I knew I was getting antsy waiting to hear what they were going to say. They didn't look pleased. But when they turned to us their demeanor changed. Bunny got up and walked out of the living room with Ranesmay without saying a word to us. I looked at Amon and sighed. "Let's give them some space to take it all in. I am going to go talk to Gamma D and let him know what is going on." "Okay I am going to go talk to our beta's and get everything squared away here for the time we will be gone." Amon said as we both got up. We gave each other a kiss and went our separate ways. "Hey D where are you at right now?" I mind linked him. "I am currently helping Head warrior Zero train the teens. We are at the training grounds right now." He mind link backed. "Okay I am on my way." I mind linked back while heading out back towards the training grounds. As I walked out back from the kitchen I was able to see the training grounds. It was a beautiful late afternoon, the sun was shining, a little bit of snow on the ground, I was able to smell the cold fall air. I walked off the porch and started taking my clothes off. I shifted into Lucifer. We grabbed our clothes with our mouth and ran down to the training grounds. (Lucifer's POV) It didn't take long for us to get there. When we got there the teens were training hand to hand combat. It wasn't long before D spotted us and started walking towards us after finishing up with Jessie a 14 year old. "Get the teens into a circle Zero it is time for a demonstration. Gamma D SHIFT." Lucifer smirked at him and mind linked both Head Warrior Zero and Gamma D. It didn't take long for the shift was complete. Once the field was clear and the teens made a circle. I made my way down to the middle of the circle and we began the demonstration. During the demonstration I started to smell death, dirt, and sewage. I knew then that rouges were on our territory. "Get the teens away from the forest get ready to fight; rouges are approaching." I mind linked Head Warrior Zero. He did what I told him without hesitation. Then I let out a howl letting everyone know that we have intruders. Amon's POV I was in our office talking to Head Beta Sarah, Head Beta Killer, and Beta Derek. We were going through what all needs to be done for the company and the pack while we are on our honeymoon. We have been here for about thirty minutes or so when we heard this loud growl. I felt Lucifer go from having fun to protection mode in an instant. "Grab my arm now Beast and the others needs us." I said to them and I used my teleportation power to teleport us to the training grounds. When we got there I was able to see at least twenty red eyes coming out of the forest. I knew we got here just in time to help. I shifted into my lycan and shredded my clothes. They didn't attack at first until the leader came out of the woods. I didn't understand why they were waiting at first. Once our kids showed up to help that was when they attacked. It took us about ten minutes to wipe them out and catch the leader. We took the rouge down to the dungeons and started my questioning. "Shift." I told the rouge and he smirked at me with his toothy grin. I went into the cell and used my king voice and demanded them to shift to their human form. They fought the command but my aura and command won and they shifted back to their human form. "Now I am going to start this again. Who sent you?" I said in a demanding tone. "I don't know we were just contracted out to kill both of your wives and the five babies in their womb and your children." The rouge said. "If you succeeded what would you have gotten in return?" I asked again but this time my eyes were changing colors. I knew that my lycan, demon, and vampire were fighting for control. "We were supposed to get our families back and $15,000 dollars for each kill. $30,000 for your wives." The rouge said while shaking. I turned around and left the cell; as I was leaving the dungeon he yelled out. "They will all be dead by the end of the month if your not careful." I growled at him which made him whimper farther into the cell. I turned and left the dungeon. I mind linked Ranesmay, Bunny, Beast, all of our children and the higher ranking members including King James and Queen Julie. "I need everyone in the conference room in two minutes. Ranesmay and Bunny please have six warriors escort you. I don't want any complaints from either of you. Oh and Gamma D please leave Ava at home she does not need to know about this." Then I cut the link. When I got to the conference room everyone was in there and were waiting for me. They were talking to each other trying to figure out why I called them all here. "Okay so the rouges that we killed were contract killers. They were here to kill Bunny, Ranesmay, Zane, Zephyra, and Mazikeen. There is a price on all of your heads. Now then with this new development Gamma D and Beta Derek will be coming with us on our honeymoon. Head Beta Sarah and Head Beta Killer you both will stay here and look after everything." I demanded still pissed off. "Stop and go back dad, you said there was prices on us how much?" Zane asked out of curiosity. "$30,000 for your mothers and $15,000 for each of you. Also all of the rouges that were killed today they were also trying to get their families back." I answered with a sigh. "Why are they targeting us?" Bunny asked. "It has something to do with our kids they knew you both are pregnant and how many you are pregnant with." I answered and went over to her to try and calm myself down. "What else did the rouge say?" Beast asked. "Well he warned me. He said that if we weren't careful all of you will be dead in a month. That was when I growled and mind linked all of you." I said taking a small breath and then looked over at James and Julie. "James, Julie do you mind taking our kids back to your pack and watch over them." I asked as nicely as I could. "Yeah but how will our kids get there undetected?" James asked. "Thank you. Do to this development I will teleport all of our kids to your palace on your lands. I would like everyone to be on their guard at all times. I only want your high ranking members to know they are there. I will have a car arranged for both of you to leave in the morning." I said with a small smile. "Well that takes care of that. Now kids with that being said, you all will be on house arrest until all of this blows over. We will be letting the rouge go and report back. Is everyone in an agreement with this decision." Beast said with a sad look. "Yes." Everyone replied in unison. "Okay everything that we discussed in here today does not leave this room. Now go and pack your things." As I said this our kids left the conference room with their mates to go pack. "Beta Derek and Gamma D we will be leaving for our private jet at 9:30 am tomorrow morning. James do you think you could get them two rooms in the same hotel we will be staying at?" I asked. "I will make a call and get it sorted out for you and I will make sure the rooms will be ready for all of you when you all arrive." James said while getting up. "Julie do you think you could help Bunny and Ranesmay out with their packing. We will be gone for two weeks." Beast asked her. "Yeah not a problem. I will be waiting outside." Julie said and got up leaving the room. I walked over to Ranesmay and Bunny I gave them both a hug and a kiss. "Don't worry we will get to the bottom of this. Just don't leave the palace or our house without each other and the warriors. Beast and I will be at the house in a few. We just have to check a few things and then we will be home." I held Bunny and Beast is holding Ranesmay and I could feel their emotions going crazy. We let go and we all left the room hand in hand. We watched them leave the palace surrounded by warriors. Beast and I waited for them to be out of sight before going back to the training grounds. (45 minutes later) We finally finished up with the clean up and letting that rouge go. He agreed to work with us and let the people who hired them know that he was the only survivor and we were on them from the start. Head Beta Sarah and Head Beta Killer beefed up the security around our pack lands so no one could sneak in or out. I looked over at Beast and sighed. "Are you ready to go pack for our honeymoon before dinner?" I asked. He looked at me and smiled and said "yeah." We walked hand in hand up to our house. When we got there we didn't see any warriors in sight. We ran in and seen two warriors on our couches, two in the kitchen, one by the stair well. We were confused at first because we only counted five warriors. We walked up stairs and there was one right in front of our bedroom door. We took a deep breath and walked into the room. Bunny and Ranesmay were sleeping and Julie was finishing up their packing. I smiled at her and she smiled back. Once she was done she left the house and headed back to the palace. We quickly took a shower and then packed our bags for our trip. When we were both done we woke Ranesmay and Bunny up and headed back to the palace for dinner. (An hour and half later) Once dinner was finished we went to our office with the kids after we said our good byes I transported them to the Royal werewolf pack house. When I came back I was hungry but not for food but for blood. I left every one in the office and took off into the woods. Ranesmay's POV "We have an early day tomorrow lets go and get some rest. I will mind link Amon and let him know we are going home." I said to Bunny and Beast as we were leaving the office. As we were walking out of the palace, I mind linked Amon. "Honey we will be at our house. Once your done feeding come home and get some rest." He didn't respond back but that was normal when we fed so I wasn't to worried. We finally got home and went up stairs. Bunny and I started to undress while walking up to our bedroom. Once my head hit the pillow I was out like a light. (The next morning) Beast's POV I woke up to my alarm that I set for 7:30 am and woke everyone up. I was glad to see that Amon was in bed asleep. I didn't even hear him come in last night. Once everyone was awake we took a shower and got dressed. By the time we were done it was 8:30 am and we walked over to the palace together. We walked in and seen four suit cases packed and ready to go, we made our way to the dinning room and had breakfast with all of our pack members that were awake. I looked over and seen James and Julie both eating as well. (thirty minutes later) By the time we all finished breakfast it was 9:00 am. I had five vehicles prepared for the drive to the private tarmac and a vehicle prepared to take King James and Queen Julie home. We said our goodbyes while the vehicle was being packed and left our pack at exactly 9:30 am and King James and Julie followed suit. After an hour and forty five minute drive we made it safely to the private airstrip where our airbus 319 jet is being prepared. They finished doing the safety checks and made sure that everything was working properly while both of our flight attendants took our luggage and loaded them up. Once they finished we climbed aboard and we all took a seat. The flight attendants closed the doors and asked us to buckle up. We only had to wait about 4 minutes before it hit 11:30 am. The captain started to move the plane down the runway and after about 30 seconds I felt the plane lift off from the ground. "Good afternoon your Highness. This is your captain speaking. We are currently cruising at an altitude of 35,000 feet at an airspeed of 400 miles per hour. The time is 12:00 pm. The weather looks good and with the tailwind on our side we are expecting to land in New York approximately ten minutes ahead of schedule." "Okay, so we wanted to make this trip really special so we will be going to New York for a surprise lunch date. Then we will leave New York at 6:06 pm for Rome." I said to Bunny and Ranesmay with a smile. "Awesome I can't wait. I am going to go take a small nap; please wake me before we start descending for New York." Bunny said as she got up. She gave us all a kiss. When she started walking away I grabbed her hand and she looked at me. "Yes my love." I said to her as I gave her a kiss on the back of her hand. She blushed and went to the master bedroom suite.
