“This is delicious,” Sheridan said. “What is that vegetal note?” She savored another bite, a look of intense concentration on her lovely face. “Cilantro,” James replied. “I think it gives the dish a more authentic flavor.” “Hmmm.” Sheridan spooned another mouthful of chili in and chewed it slowly. “I normally don't care for it, but balanced with the meat, beans and tomatoes, it makes a lot of sense.” James chuckled. “Come back sometime this summer, and I'll grill some fajitas.
