"Clara!!" "No not this morning again, can't I always sleep for an hour? Clara laments Clara a young girl of 15, who lost her parents to the cold hands of death,and now has to live with her wicked aunty who does nothing but stress her "Clara you'd better wake up"Says aunty rose Aunty rose who is married to the richest man in Lagos,has 2 children Glory and Gloria She also handles 2 boutiques which is selling everyday but treats Clara like a slave "Ma.!! pls i'm m coming" Clara says as she rushes downstairs from her room to answer aunty rose call "You guys should please keep it down" "Yes please" Aunty rose twin shouts, complaining that the noise is affecting their sleep "Am sorry my baby's,it's this girl that's giving me problem "Aunty rose says as she drags Clara from her ear to the kitchen "Haven't I told you,to always be awake and make breakfast before 4am?" Well he is a big politician of course he travels for work all the time. The twins walk down in their stunning and well ironed dress,same with aunty Rose Clara looks at them with envy in her eyes wishing she had all that privilege "Good morning mom" The twins chorused "Morning my darlings,hope your ready for school?" "No mom,we are ready to play" Glory replied sarcastically "But your with your uniforms " "Then why did you ask if we were ready for school?" Gloria answered "Enough with the questions and answers,im starving" Glory says as she moves to sit down,her mom her sister join her, Clara set the table n served them They ate quitely and left for school without saying a word Clara was confused as to why they ate without the normal noise "I guess this house belongs to me then"Clara says as she smiles (SILENCE IN THE CAR) I wonder why Clara isn't allowed to go to school,when she does all the work"Gloria mummurs "We are here girls"aunt rose said parking he car "No,not this school again,I hate the new tern ,new faces,eww"Gloria said standing at the door of the car "Mom want to go,stop staring at the school that way,mom will be late"Glory said breaking into Gloria's thinking "Sorry mom"Gloria says as she steps down from the car still staring at the school "Okay girls good bye now,I love you both kisses" "Bye mom"the twins respond, Gloria still looking at her school,sees Abigail,runs and hugs her "Finally I found you,I was thinking how I would stay here" "I'm here for You girlie"Abigail says while smiling,they both left glory and went into the compound "She forgets me so fast knowing I don't even know....Who is this"? Glory said annoyingly Glory was upset,her uniform was rumpled from falling,Glory stood up and turned to his direction with the intention of giving the person hell. Walking lazily staring at his phone Adrain bumps into Glory and was surprised "Does she not look where she goes? even if I was the one on my phone she should apologize instead of looking at me that way it's wild!" He murmured "Uhm girly?... "Sorry i didn't mean to I .." "You?" "Beauty I haven't seen before?" Glory said to her self "What?" CLARA'S POV: "Okay...everyone is out I think I should get some sleep,am exhaus....(Phone rings) "Why does she have to call"Clara say with anger all over her face as she carries her phone that was ringing,her aunt has been calling "Prepare something good for dinner,your uncle is arriving today!" She ends the call without allowing Clara talk "I just knew this they wouldn't let me me rest"She says as she goes to the kitchen to get a bag and head to the market On her way there a car was parked in front of her house "Who are this people don't they know the meaning of space?"
