Blurb

In an ordinary town where the rich and poor all live, there is a high school known as Granger Valley High. There are students from many walks of life throughout this school, but there is one kid who is different from them all. With a psychological condition that even doctors couldn't diagnose, a young boy goes from the good guy, too bad with the snap of a finger. With his blog exposing the group of four, he slowly tries to ruin the lives of the people that have ruined him. Now, hiding his love for one, and his hatred for the rest, he is going to go to the extreme to torture, possibly r**e, and kill as many people as he can so that he can release the truth. The truth behind the popular group of four and what their deepest, darkest secrets, truly entail.

Chapter 1
Horror movies, horror shows, and horror stories all seem to run the same. Slasher style horror has the cliche killer willing to stab anyone who’s having some sort of s****l relationship. Psychological horror confuses you so much you’re shivering with nightmares beyond your wildest dream. The biggest thing they all have in common? It’s always about the victim. What they go through, how they die. No one ever takes a chance to learn about and understand the killer. Why did the killer start to kill? Why do they twist in such a way it makes your skin crawl? That’s what I am here to tell you.  I’m no ordinary kid. I have issues. But, I am not the one you should be paying attention to. I won’t give you my name yet, but I’ll give you four names to remember and a little bit of back story.  Cameron Gomez: Your typical lesbian goth. She and her girlfriend follow rituals, avoid any and all sunlight, and, of course, sleep in world-class coffins. She is the first member of the four I’m telling you about because she knows who I am. We were friends once. Now we are distant acquaintances mainly due to the fact she became popular.  Darrel Hotpig: Your nerd of the group. He is protected by Cameron which is why he is part of the group. He is the main key throughout this whole thing and you’ll understand why later.  Russel Wilkins: Your typical jock. Any sport involving a ball, he will play. Football, baseball, basketball, soccer, and bowling. His girlfriend is the leader of this small group of four, and there is a reason she will be last. Because she is my ex-girlfriend.  Jessica Norton: Grade A world-class hottie, with a shallow boyfriend and no f***s to give when it comes to other people. Her smarts and looks can only get her so far in any given situation. We had a perfect relationship. Until Russel moved into town Sophomore year. Now as a senior, she's a star student and a star pretty girl with a star athlete for a boyfriend.  These four names are extremely important as I will be listening in on their conversations and they will be the star of my very own show. Now, to start off my story you need to understand something first.  I’m not crazy, I’m not obsessive, and I have no control. I’m clinically insane, but I don’t show that to other people very often. Some day, though, people will see...they will see the truth behind the four best friends and the outcast that watches them from afar. People will think they can catch me, but right as they will get close, someone else will be blamed.  Today is supposed to be a normal day for me. I’ll go to school, observe the four friends, expose another truth about them publicly and anonymously, and still have time to complete my nightly ritual. When I walked into school, everyone avoided eye contact with me. No one ever speaks to me. I terrify them too much. If they weren’t talking about me, though, they were talking about my latest exposé on my anonymous blog.  “Did you know Jessica used to eat straight up raw fish when she was younger?”  “I heard Jessica lost her virginity in sixth grade to Matthew Johnson. Three weeks before he committed suicide.”  I giggled to myself when they started talking about my blog post about Matthew Johnson. He was a basketball star growing up...and a total bully. He was the one that started making fun of me. Then once I heard that he f****d Jessica, I had to kill him. I didn't think I was going to do it, but I had no choice. We were eleven and she was scarred for life with that memory. It wasn't even her fault it happened. That night while his parents were away and his babysitter was sleeping in the living room, I snuck into his room. He actually helped me do it, only because I didn't want the blame. Besides, he had no choice. It was either he helped me or I killed his siblings. Of which he absolutely swore to protect.  I made sure I was wearing gloves when it happened. He wrote his suicide not while I tied the rope to the rod in the closet making a tight noose. I asked him to grab a small stool so he had something to stand on. He wasn't that tall, so it helped since his feet were unable to touch the ground. Once he put the suicide note on the bed, he stepped on the stool to stand there. I asked him to put the noose around his neck so his fingerprints were on it. Then, with a gloved hand, I pushed it behind him to make it seem like she jumped off it. I watched him hang there until he was dead. Then, as a souvenir, I took some of the extra rope and put it in my pocket. I snuck out and it was like nothing happened.  No one else knew the truth about what I did that night. Not even Jessica knew. She would have never forgiven me if I had told her. Which is why I just kept it to myself. The cops tried to question me, but they already knew about my mental health history. How insane I am without even knowing it. Do you think hanging someone is the worst I could do? Everyone is in for a real treat if they think I'm only capable of hanging someone.    Once I got to my locker I put in the combination. 22, 10, 56, left, right, left, press the button, and open! Perfect. I opened my backpack and started to organize my textbooks and notebooks. Life Lessons the first period, math second, art third, and before lunch I have forensics. A class I have been needing to take for a while now. The best part about being at my locker is listening to the gossip between Cameron and Jessica. “Cam someone is out to get me. The anonymous blog wrote two new posts last night. No one even knows what Matthew actually did to me except for the group...but I didn’t think anyone else knew.”  “Jess, it doesn’t go into detail as to what actually happened, you should be fine.” “I keep getting looks from people,” her voice was nervous. She should know I wouldn’t ruin her reputation like that. But I wanted her to hurt the way I do every day. Ever since she traded me in for that...prick...of a boy, I have had no sympathy for her. She needs to understand I would have done better than what he has been doing to her.  “Look, whoever is doing this is just trying to get under your skin. They mention things about the whole group,” Cameron responded looking at me in the process.  She knew better than anyone else did that I was behind it. She helped me build my blog from the ground up. I gave it the essence it has today. The content my readers love. Hell, I get fan emails of the drama I spill. I want more people to see, to read, to understand that these bitches call themselves popular only because of their presence on social media. They. Are. Fake. Ass. Holes. I have been bound to prove that since day one.  “Cam, you know as well as I do that this blogger only talks about three of the four members of our group. Darrel hasn’t been mentioned once and there is a lot to trash him on. The only reason I allowed you to bring him in is that you protect him from the bullies. He’s weird and creepy though. Almost like…”  “DO NOT SAY HIS NAME JESSICA! You know as well as I do what that will do.”  Attract my attention of course. How could it not? The only issue is I f*****g HATE my name. I wish I could change to something more my style. Something more...diabolical. But it costs so much to do! It doesn’t matter though. Anyone who knows me knows not to call my name out in the middle of this hallway while I’m trying to get my books.  Once I collected everything I needed, I left my locker started heading to class. I passed by Darrel along the way, making eye contact with him. I couldn’t help but shudder. He doesn’t scare me but emotions do and I’m trying to avoid what I feel for him. He’s the ONLY honest person in the group. No social media, no lies or tricks, nothing to hide behind. He’s just Darrel. And I would do ANYTHING to get him to notice me.  Once I entered the classroom I sat in my usual seat in the back of this class. I always sit in the back since it is the most observant spot in the room. I can see what everyone else is doing around me. It gives me a chance to have a change of view. I especially love that back because the teacher will not bother me unless I raise my hand. I usually choose not to do it since I don't like my name being said. During this class we kind of just read books and watch the shows/movies that go along with them. It gives us a perspective on what life could be instead of what it is. The book we are working on right now is  "Game Of Thrones". I have read every book in the series and watched every episode of the show. It's so erotic that sometimes I have to jack off just so I can keep watching.  As I’m sitting in my seat I noticed this kid Johnny Atkins entering the classroom. Johnny Atkins is the biggest bully in school. He takes kids like Darrel and turns them into his personal punching bag. He can’t fight me, he’s tried but I broke his arm before he could. Instead, he and I have a mutual agreement. He leaves Darrel alone, and I write his English essays for him to make sure he has a C. However, it can be interesting to watch him work sometimes.  I watch as a group of four enter the classroom and take their seats. I watch as Jessica sits in the front of the classroom, next to Russel of course. Cameron sits in the middle of the class. She doesn't want attention drawn to herself, but she still likes to focus on what's going on in class. Darrel always sits next to me. I could never figure out why as no one knows about my feelings for him. Maybe except for Cameron, but she and I haven't had a solid conversation with one another since high school started.  When Mr. Bhrett entered the classroom everyone went silent. He started to go on about the new books we were going to watch. I didn't pay too much attention to it. I was taking notes on Jessica's behavior instead. She was FLIRTING with the teacher. She leaned over a little and I know she is wearing a low cut shirt so that her t**s are showing. I could tell by his reaction, and the slight bulge in his pants, they were definitely f*****g. Maybe Jessica isn't the smart, pure student everyone thinks she is. I believe it is time to do some digging.
