To the moon and back

I was walking down the road When our eyes suddenly met You tapped me on my shoulder. and that was how it started with a "hi" Under that lovely cherry tree it was down the road near your home It felt like magic when you smiled Our eyes met again, and that's how I smiled too. Little did I know that this would be something. A snap like a sip of tea when I sat down on that cherry tree and spend some time with you We then talked about our lives. Oh, how ironic is it? Life is full of bittersweet memories Exciting yet boring and lonely Thank you for sitting easy, listening to me. The sun was setting already. I suddenly felt uneasy. My heart is crumpled to pieces upon seeing your eyes We knew the day was over for us, our time was up, I said. We promised to see each other tomorrow. I went and waited. Under that lovely pink tree Until the sun has set Until the leaves started falling down before me. I then realized how this story became really sad. From a little glimpse of a smile Until the moment of anxiety Until the moment of tears I still waited and waited till I whispered "I will wait for you and hold your stories to my heart..." and yes, I still love you all this time, and yes, that's how I named you.. the love of my life.
