Stephen and I are laying on my bed making out. I'm freaking out in my head, I've always had a crush on Stephen. I found out an hour ago that he had felt the same way, we pulled apart and I sighed happily. "I love you Stephen" he smiled and pecked me on the lips a couple of times. "I..." he then started jumping up and down on his knees on my bed, like a 5 year old. "Wake up Ash, wake up Ash, wake up" I looked at him in confusion. "What?" he jumped again but landed on me. I opened my eyes and sat up trying to catch my breath, I heard a thud. I looked over and my best friend Tori was on the floor laughing. I rolled my eyes in annoyance and glared at her. She say up and hugged herself while making kissing sounds. "Oh Stephen, I love you" I threw a pillow at her. "I don't sound like that" "Oh yes you do" I crossed my arms and glared at her. I went to my walk in closet to figure out what I wanted to wear. I chose a purple lacy bra with matching panties, a plain black Tshirt with dark wash jeans and my East Highschool Cheerleading sweatshirt. I went into my bathroom and turned the water on warm, while I was waiting I brushed my teeth. I undressed and checked the water before I got in, I used my vanilla scented shampoo and body wash, I quickly shaved where I needed to and hoped out. I wrapped a big fluffy towel around me a d grabbed a smaller one for my hair. I got dressed, brushed my long blond curly hair, I decided to leave it down. I walked out of my bathroom and sat at my vanity, I put on some purple eyeshadow and eyeliner, mascara and clear lip gloss. I looked at myself in the mirror, my hair looked good, I looked good. I sat on my bed to put my socks and purple Converses. I looked over at my bestie Tori, her name is Victoria but almost everyone calls her Tori. She had her long strawberry blond hair in a messy bun, natural make-up. Her outfit was like mine but her jeans were light wash instead of dark. We went down to the kitchen so I could grab a granola bar to eat on the way to school. My mom walked into the kitchen as we were getting ready to leave. "Remember Ash we have Alpha Zak coming today at 4, the other Alpha's will be coming after 4" I rolled my eyes "I remember mom, we'll be home right after school" "And please dress up a little bit, you are an Alpha's daughter for goodness sakes" "Yes mother, we gotta go, love you" I hurried out the door before she could say anymore. "My mom had the same conversation with me" I rolled my eyes. I've heard of Alpha Zak but I don't really know anything about him. "So remind me what Alpha Zak is like" Tori looked at me like I've grown 2 heads. " Alpha Zak is 20 years old, hasn't found his mate yet, he's known as a ruthless killer" "I feel sorry for whoever is his mate" Tori grinned "He's hot though" I rolled my eyes "Are there anymore Alpha's coming for our 18th birthday?" Tori and I share a birthday, we're a few hours apart "Yeah they will be there after, maybe we'll both find our mates and they will be from the same pack" "That would be awesome " we laugh as I pull into the school parking lot. as I'm getting out of my car I spot Stephen, Michael and Jason coming over. I run my fingers through my hair hoping it still looks good, I give him a bright smile. "Hi Stephen, hey guys" Stephen returns my smile and gives me a hug. "Hi Ash, how are you this morning?" he puts his arm around my shoulders and pulls me into him. I smile and blush. "Good, how are you?" "Better now" he winks at me, I am in heaven right now. I have wondered if he is my mate, he's already 18. I should be able to sense my mate a little bit with my birthday being tomorrow, I'm not feeling a pull towards Stephen he'll make a great mate. He towers over me at 6 foot, I'm 5'7, he has blond hair that's styled in a messy look, and brown eyes. The warning bell rings, we head inside to our lockers. I look around at the students, it's a mix of werewolves and humans, they don't know what we are and we're not allowed to tell them. "Bye guys, see you later" Stephen waves as they walk away. {School day has ended} I was waiting for Tori by my locker when someone bumped into me, causing me to drop my stuff. I turned to glare, a growl threatening to come out. It was a human, Tiffany, she thinks so highly of herself. She has slept with most if the male population at school. "Watch where you're going b***h" I rolled my eyes "I was standing here so how about you watch where you're going" she pushed pass me, I had to stop myself from going after her. Luckily Tori came before I did something to get me into trouble. "ugh, I can't stand that b***h" Tori laughed and agreed with me, on our way to my car I saw Tiffany flirting with Stephen, I wanted to kill her, I saw Stephen put his hands on her waist and kiss her, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I hurried to my car, I really didn't want to see anymore. "Stephen is an i***t Ash, you are way better than Tiffany, I hope you are his mate so you can kick her ass for touching your man" I sighed "I don't think he's my mate, I should be able to feel a little pull and I didn't feel it this morning" she got a sad look on her face. "I'm sorry" I was too "Let's just worry about meeting Alpha Zak and the party" she squealed. "I'm actually excited to see what lha Zak looks like" I was too, but I did not tell her that though.
