Replaced (Chloey's POV)

2280 Words
I think I broke Cade. I had never seen him so distraught. He followed me around like a puppy dog, begging me for another chance. “Chloey…Chloey, wait just listen!” Cade whined. “We have nothing more to talk about,” I called over my shoulder.  “Wait I um…you have some of my stuff in your room! I need it for Vernal Break.” I stopped walking. He was absolutely right about that. I shouldn’t be holding on to his stuff. Joey says a relationship isn’t over until all items are back with their owners.  “Come to my room after classes, Cade. I will give you everything back.” “And we can talk? I need closure, Chloey.” Cade pouted.  “Fine, okay. I will see you then.” He grinned for practically skipping off.  “What was that about?” Ember questioned.  “I have to give Cade his things back so I can be done with him.” “I still can’t believe how things ended with you two. I thought you would go the distance.” “Yeah me too,” I sighed. “But I also thought he was too honest and that turned out not to be the case.” I pointed out.  “He’s insane. How are things with Rune? Just as hot as with Cade?” Ember wiggled her eyebrows.  “Rune is very…passionate for sure. I just don’t want to rush anything…but also I kind of want to rip his clothes off.” “Hello ladies!” Rune hurried over to us. “What are we talking about?” “Nothing,” I smiled before kissing him.  He studied me. “If you say so. Anyways what are you doing after class? Wanna…do homework?” That meant kissing and touching.  “Um…yes, but after Cade comes and gets his stuff.” I replied. “Wait Cade is going to be in your room?” “And that’s my cue!” Ember laughed. “Catch you later!” “Yeah, but like I said he’s just taking his things back.” “What things?” Rune questioned.  “Clothes mostly. I really liked wearing his shirts.”  “You never wear my shirts.”  “You never leave shirts in my room, to be fair.” I shrugged.  “Nothing's gonna happen right?” Rune asked. “Like between you two?” “Of course not! I like you, Rune. This is just closure for him.” “Okay, well hopefully it’ll be over soon and then we can…study.” He pulled me to him and kissed me.  Yeah, I definitely wanted to rip his clothes off. -- I gathered everything of Cade’s into a bag and waited for him to arrive. There was a knock on my door and I grabbed the bag ready to hand it over to him. When I opened the door, Cade breezed in before I could get a word out.  “Wow, I really miss it in here,” He said quietly. “And I miss you in my room. It’s so lonely without you, you know?” “I’m sure. Well here’s your stu-” “I just can’t stop thinking about you Chloey. Like you’re literally always on my mind, it’s almost torture.” “I’m sorry, Cade. Really, I wish things could have worked out with us.” I stated.  “Remember how we used to lay together and talk about love and our future? How we said we had never felt that way before?” “Of course I do but…Cade, you have to understand that all feels like a lie now. Because you weren’t honest with me pretty much our entire relationship.” “But I didn’t lie about loving you.” He insisted.  “And I believe that, Cade, I do, but…you still lied. I don’t trust you.” Cade reached for me as the door opened. “Ready to study Chloey?” Rune asked. “Oh, you’re still here.” Cade looked annoyed. “Yes, I was just talking to Chloey, now if you could us some privacy-” “Chloey is my girlfriend. Anything you say to her, you can say to me.” “Fine. I love you Chloey-” “Alright, that’s enough!” Rune growled. “Take your s**t and get out of here!” “Don’t you have a head injury? Why don’t you calm down?” Cade sneered.  “I’ll give you a head injury if you don’t leave right now!” “You should go, Cade,” I said quietly.  “This isn’t over!” Cade snatched the bag and stormed out of the room.  Rune locked the door before stripping off his shirt.  “What are you doing?” I asked.  “Leaving my shirt here so you’ll wear it.” -- “What do you think Joey is doing right now?” I asked Zoey. “Honestly? She’s probably having s*x with Marsden.” “Or doing something illegal,” Tate commented.  “You’re still on that?” Rune questioned.  “He’s the reason you were hurt!” “Then I’ll get him a present!” “I’m sorry, you’re happy about being blown up?” Zoey questioned.  “Your sister is now my girlfriend. I’m thrilled about being blown up.” Rune said seriously. “I owe Marsden one if he did this.” “Um, what about me?” Raina asked. “I’m gonna have this horrid scar on my arm forever!” “Unfortunate.” Zoey smirked. “By the way Tate, you still have some things in my room…you should come by tonight and get them.” Raina said flirtatiously.  “Or he can get them now while the sun is out,” Zoey suggested.  “They’re not ready now. Tate, tonight okay?” “Yeah, sure, of course.” Tate nodded.  I had a feeling that it was a bad idea to have Zoey and Raina stay in the same house for two weeks.  “We should try to crystal mirror Joey tonight. It’s been days since we’ve heard from her.” I pointed out. “Sure, Chloey, we’ll do it tonight.” “And Tate, you can come to my room while they’re doing that.” Riana smiled.  Yeah, they’re gonna kill each other. -- “I’m having an insane time,” Joey smiled in the crystal mirror. “I feel closer to Marsden than ever. His mom is so nice and his sister is amazing!” “Guessing you don’t miss us at all,” I pouted.  “Of course I do! I’m just also having a great time.” “Um, Mom said she’s been trying to get ahold of you but can’t?” Zoey asked. “Is something wrong?” “No um…I’ll call her back.” Joey assured us. There was something off about her, but I couldn’t put my finger on it. That didn’t surprise me though. Zoey and I hadn’t been able to feel what Joey did for months at this point. I missed that.  “Joey!” A voice called. A dark haired girl appeared in the mirror hugging her. “Let’s go out dancing tonight!” “Aren’t you tired?” Joey giggled.  “Never too tired for dancing, come on! Ooh and can you do my nails?” The girl looked at the mirror. “Oh hi! I’m Brielle, Joey’s future sister!” “Hi,” Zoey and I chorused. “Don’t worry, I’m taking great care of Jo!” Brielle exclaimed.  “That’s good,” Zoey said half-heartedly.  “You mean Marsden is taking care of me,” Joey laughed. “You guys are so in love it’s so cute!”  “Um, I should go guys, but I love you!” “Love you too!” She disappeared from the mirror. “She looks like she’s having fun,” Zoey muttered.  “Yeah, she does.” I whispered.  I think we were both feeling incredibly replaced by Brielle Thorton. -- Zoey and Tate were arguing. After we got off of the crystal mirror with Joey, Zoey was clearly not thrilled when she went to Raina’s room. “They’re so loud,” I muttered to Rune.  “Honestly, this sounds just as bad as when he was with Raina,” Rune admitted.  “At least we’re happy,” I kissed him.  I noticed that the arguing became silent when I kissed Rune. I liked the silence.  I pulled Rune on top of me. His hands slid up my dress and groped my breasts. Shivers danced through my body. His hands felt amazing on me.  His lips covered my neck slowly as I let out an elongated moan. My body was doing what it used to with Cade. Going crazy and craving more than I was getting. But it was much too soon to have s*x right? I pushed Rune’s shirt up and he tossed it behind him. He lifted my dress over my head before pushing me back down on the bed. This was surely going to be just heated kissing.  Rune’s hand slipped in his pants and started stroking himself. I slowly reached for his hand and pulled it away, replacing it with my own.  “Chloey…” Rune groaned as he pressed his lips against mine.  His tongue eagerly roamed around my mouth as his hand slid under my back to unhook my bra. I thought nothing of it as he pulled it off of me. I moved my hand faster and Rune gasped. Suddenly I knew this would be more than just heated kissing. I whimpered as Rune put his mouth on my breast. His tongue darted over my n****e quickly as he pulled my underwear off. His pants and briefs joined the rest of our clothes on the floor.  We were completely naked now, pressed against each other. All of my nerves and doubts were gone. I had never felt more sure of anything in my entire life. Rune slowly spread my legs. I cried out as he entered me agonizingly slowly. Rune’s lips quivered against mine as he shuddered.  I closed my eyes while he pressed his forehead against mine and moved in and out of me. This was completely different from when I had s*x with Cade. Somehow I was feeling so much more.  Rune’s lips finally found mine again, kissing me desperately and passionately. His hands hooked under my knees, going deeper inside of me and groaning loudly. His moans and groans were so sexy to me. They filled my mind with the utmost satisfaction.  I hoped it was as good for Rune. I had only had s*x with one guy and not even that many times. I just hoped he was feeling sexually fulfilled with me.  “Rune!” I breathed. “You feel so good.” His eyes rolled back in his head. “Oh f**k, Chloey…you’re perfect.” He thinks I’m perfect. This was amazing for him too.  We rolled around on the bed until I was on top of him. I didn’t have much experience on top, but I was so in the moment, I just went with it. I moved up and down on top of Rune as I threw my head back. Nothing felt better than being with him like this.  Rune pulled me down to him, kissing me again until he gasped. “Just like that Chloey.” I continued moving my hips the exact way that he liked. Rune's moans were getting louder and more intense.  “Slow down, slow down.” Rune panted.  His arm wrapped around me, rolling back on top of me. The moment he entered me again, his strokes became relentless. He was close now.  He called out my name as he finished loudly, still slowly thrusting until he couldn’t take it anymore. He collapsed on top of me, breathing heavily.  “Was that okay? I didn’t move too fast did I?” Rune murmured against my skin. “It was perfect, Rune.” I smiled. “I mean completely unexpected but perfect and wonderful and beautiful.” “Like you.” He kissed me. “I can’t believe I wasted so much time not being with you. I feel like an i***t. I will never screw up something so badly again.” “It happened when it was supposed to.” I assured him. “So that we could have this perfect moment. It was worth the wait.” “Maybe for you. You had a nice relationship. I was stuck with Lavina.” -- Raina was up to something.  I didn’t know exactly what it was but she looked much too happy and there was never any good reason for that.  “So, I have an announcement,” Raina smiled. “I um…I have a new boyfriend.” “Since when?” Tate asked.  “Why do you care?” Zoey questioned.  “I’m just curious.” “Who are you dating now?” Rune demanded. “He’s coming for lunch.” Raina smiled. “Don’t worry, you guys know him.” “As long as he’s not one of my friends.” Rune stated.  “Believe me, he’s not.” We all anxiously awaited lunch to arrive to find out who Raina’s new boyfriend was.  The doorbell rang while we were at the table and Raina got up to answer the door. My eyes widened upon seeing the guy on Raina’s arm. “Everyone, this is my new boyfriend,” Raina grinned. “You all know Cade Pickerin.”
