When I woke up this morning, Micah was already gone. The same thing he always did back in his mansion before.
I didn’t face another nightmare which was a relief. Again, because Micah was with me.
Tyler and Asher were not here as well. I assumed they went home after Micah made sure I was sleeping peacefully.
I went down to the dining room. “Morning.” And was quite surprised when I heard Nathan’s voice. Casually eating pancake while looking at me.
“Nathan.” I immediately went to him. “When did you get back?”
“Right after those scumbags went home.”
I glanced at Auntie Feli as she smiled and said, “Micah was with you until morning. He said you had a nightmare and he wanted to stay with you.”
“I was starving,” Nathan said annoyingly.
