We just finished dinner.
Micah helped me gather all the plates. “Your pie is delicious.”
“Thank you, sweetie.” His pie literally ran out. All of us were enjoying it. Funny enough, Asher cried when he tasted Micah’s pie. He never thought his best friend could make an amazing pie. It was a simple and humble dessert but Micah did a great job. Nathan’s expression was plain but I knew he enjoyed it too. Even Judith liked it too. She was not a sweet tooth but she loved my desserts before.
“Let me help, you two,” Auntie Feli sneaked in until Micah slightly raised his hand to her.
