"I'm sorry," I quickly apologized even when I knew I had done nothing wrong. I went back to work cleaning the throne room. After cleaning the throne room, I hastened my steps to the kitchen feeling famished because I have been working since morning and I did all the work that was assigned for me and the maids. I wasn't like every other maid. I was the daughter of Alpha Dante. Even though he claimed that I wasn't his daughter, everyone knew that I was really his daughter. I was a carbon copy of him and he knew that, but the fact that I was a weak omega left him to believe otherwise perhaps he was ashamed of me. It didn't do much in my tummy, but I was happy that I at least got to taste something. After that, I decided to go to the garden to relax before anyone could see me. The garden was the only place where I found solace. Seeing the beautiful plants always gave me a sense of hope. Most especially when a dead flower blooms after watering it and feeding it with vitamins "What are you still doing here?" Someone snapped, and I spun around to see the head maid glaring at me, it was not news that she hated me and I heard that the reason for her hatred towards me was because she had always been in love with my dad but he didn't spare her a glance. I tried to explain to her what had happened, but she wasn't willing to listen to what I had to say. "lazy girl! You have barely even done any work and you're already so tired!" She snapped, "mother, you should have seen how lazy she was while cleaning the throne room" I looked above the head maid's shoulders to see one of the girls who was assigned to clean the throne room with me, she also happened to be the head maid's daughter. "She left us to do all the work," she lied. I opened my mouth to protest but was again cut off by the head maid. "Shut up! Stupid girl!" She snapped. She handed me a broom and asked me to sweep the Alpha's bedroom and, having no option, I did as told. It was while I was cleaning the throne room that I realized that I was sick and tired of the Ill treatment I was receiving in my own pack, I would rather go rouge than been treated like this but the problem was, I was a weak omega and my life would be at stake outside the protection of any pack. It was at that point that I decided that I wasn't going to stay there anymore. I was going to run away to Fang Pack in search of my mother. I put my escape plan into action that night. After everyone had slept, I packed my few belongings and snuck out of the maid's quarters. I was successful in sneaking out of the palace and was about to scale over the gates when I heard someone yell, "who goes there!"
