Chapter 20 Kyle’s POV I heard everything. I might have been alive for a very long time, but it turns out I am not the stealthiest man alive when it comes to Mika. She knows that I can’t stand the fact that I am hurting her during our training sessions. I want my girls to be strong for when the fight comes; I need her to live for me. But at the same time, I don’t want her to get hurt in any way. There is no way around any of this. We have to train, maybe if this simulation idea of hers works, then things would be different.
