Oliva shrugged in disgust at the sight of Cole. ‘Ah ah,senior sis!don't be too harsh on her.She only just walked in’. Jane calmly said to Oliva. Cole's voice shaking and her heartbeat racing said ‘Good afternoon,ma's. There's a parcel for you Madam Jane,I had no idea you had a visitor and…’ Jane immediately cuts in. ’Who's this from?What are the details?Why couldn't it wait?’ ‘It's from a dispatch rider.He refused stating who it's from but stated it's of utmost importance’. Cole said as she avoided eye contact with Oliva. Jane's eyebrows raised as they became curvy with high horizontal wrinkles as she opened the parcel and dismissed Cole. Going through the content of the parcel,her upper eyelids suddenly lift, exposing the sclera of her eye. Her mouth hanging loosely open and with her lips tensed in fear,she screamed!! ‘NOOOO,NOOOOO!He can't do this to me.After 10 years of marriage? What did I do?where did I go wrong?’ Oliva immediately dropped her glass of red wine, got the papers from Jane's hands and had her mouth hang open loosely. Jane's hands trembled and her heart missed beats as hot tears rolled down her chin. ‘But,why?Have I not been a faithful and loyal wife?Have I not done my best as a woman?What did I do or say to deserve this?’ Jane said this with her two hands on her head and a crumpler face. ‘I am going to see him now!!!’ ‘What kind of problem is this one? Oliva stormed into the house to see Owen and John being merry and having wine with a loud music playing in the background. Jane, turning off the music and yelled with a dejected look. Owen silently leaving the heated scene heard a slam of the door behind him and John prompting him to tag along with him to their favorite wine store. ‘You did a great job,buddy.No one deserves to be stuck with old wine.She'll get over it soon.Just make sure she signs the papers soon,so you can enjoy life like I am’.
