whiny Enemy

I was still in shock when I left the meeting room and went to my room. I don't know why they want me to summon Lillith and what they are onto but it's so going to ruin everything if i do the ritual and summon her.

" Hey! You crazy witchy witch! Where the hell are you going!" Simone's whiny voice reached my ears making me halt in my steps.

My back stiffened and I can hear her footsteps nearing me.

I have enormous curls and she always bullies me for my hair and the way the elders favour me all the time but she doesn't know that they made me do her dirty work like selling the illegal potions and runes.

She doesn't like me answering her and at the same time me being silent.

" Are you deaf now, Maddie!" She pulled me back by my hair making me scream in pain. I never know why she hates me so much that she physically hurts me.

I never understand why I feel so cramped up here with all these people suffocating me and wanting me to run away.

" I..I'm..I'm sorry Simone. Please leave my hair, please." I strated pleading with her but she didn't let me go instead her hold on my hair tightened making me whimper in pain.

" You feel superior just because Elders favour you! You are nothing but a dirt under their shoes." Tears streaming down my face and she had me in a choke hold with her spell and her hand in my hand. My body got locked the second she whispered the spell.

I can't move my body with the spell and she is making me suffer tenfolds.

" I will make sure to kick you out from the coven one day and that day is so soon, just wait and see." Her grip on my hair loosened and as well as my body making me collapse on the ground.

I don't want to be here as much as she doesn't want me here but i can't run away till the Elders remove the rune they branded on me as their slave.

With one last kick to my ribs she hurried away.

" Maddie! Are you okay? Dear!" One of the servants of the mansion ran up to me and helped me to get up from the ground.

I wiped the tears away and let her help me.

" Thank you!" I thanked her opening my room's door and closed it behind. This room is my safe santcuary from all of them and I just want to run away from all of these.

I hope Charles will change his mind on running away from my coven and his pack so we can start a new life and family where no one can hurts us.

I strated working on some potions I need to deliver to the elders. My life is not my life but theirs and everything is theirs including my powers and magic.

A week has moved since the Elders has asked me to summon Lillith but since then they haven't called me and my days had consisted of me making potions and going out to teach the children.

I haven't heard from Charles too, I have given him a mirror through which he can summon me by calling me while looking into the mirror but till now he hasn't came to meet me since our last time.

" Maddie! Elder Gemma has asked me to get you to the dungeons." Carla came up to my room knocking and demanding my presence infront of the Elders.

" I am coming right up, Carla!" I stood up from the chair iam currently occupying and followed her to the dungeons.

Fear and worry started consuming me as why they want me to get to the dungeons. I visited dungeons a handful times and those are not the good times.

Every step I took towards the place made me shiver in fear and disgust and i don't know what is waiting for me in there.

When I reached the bottom of the stairs, piss, blood and rotten smell dominated my senses making me gag instantly but I gulped down the puke which threatened to come out as I don't want to get beaten up for doing something they don't like.

" They are in the last cell." Carla informed before going back towards the exit leaving me alone and the air around me feel so cold all of a sudden and there are voices whispering around me making my legs to move fast towards the end of the hall.

The old dungeon is dark and covered with roots and spider webs everywhere with the bad smell overwhelming my nose and breathing.

When I reached the last cell, Gemma, Lily and Jasmine are standing around a circle with their faces turning towards the gate of the cell waiting for me.

" Mistresses." I bowed in a greeting and waited for them to allow me inside and the way the circle is drawn and with their expressions i know nothing good will come out of it.

" Come inside, Maddie! We were waiting for you." Elder Lily ordered making me take a big breath before entering my doom.

Why the hell they want to summon the demoness! She will never come when a small and good witch summons her. A evil witch is the best choice to summon her and I don't know if anyone of us will be able to come out alive of this dungeon.

" We got everything we need to summon Lillith and we were waiting for you." Elder Gemma said, moved to the side to reveal a young witch bounded and slumped on the floor.

" W..what?" I moved towards the young girl but Elder Jasmine stood in the way with a sweet grin plastered on her face making me halt in my steps and i moved back to put some space between us.

" Ah-uh! Maddie, you are not allowed to do anything other than follow our instructions." I nodded my head knowing better than anyone what will happen if I won't listen to them.

" Yes, Mistress!" I stayed back while they talked among themselves and called me once they decided on something.

" You do know the ritual of summoning Lillith right?" Elder Lily asked, and i nodded my head. I do know the ritual and spells used to summon the demoness.

" Yes, mistress. I know." They asked me to move towards the circle and made me sit inside it.

To summon Lillith we need a young witch who hasn't gained her all powers and didn't learned spells yet as Lillith likes mediums to be weak when she enters them.

I need to read the summoning spells making the fire and dropping my blood, Young girl's blood and elder's blood too in the fire to call her.

I satrted shaking with nerves and fear as I had never done the ritual before and I have heard the stories of how witches died during the ritual including the young witch and other participants too.

Once I sat inside the circle i casted a protection spell around us knowing we need that to save ourselves even if it is a futile attempt infront of the demoness.

I started reciting the spells and signalled Elder Jasmine to get the young girl inside the circle, opposite to the other side of fire.

The girl seems unconscious and it took me time to complete the first spell and the fire danced high in the air making me stutter with fear.

When I started the second and last spell the air around us changed from cold to hot making me sweat like iam standing on the sun and my words started stuttering with the way the air suddenly started whipping around us.

" HOW DARE YOU TO CALL ME!" A deep faminine voice sounded from the young girl making me gulp in fear. The young still looks unconscious but at the same time her body is shaking in anger and the voice sounds anger and annoyed.

I hope this is not my last day on earth.
