Love hurts

It was the beginning of a new session in West Ville High School. The school ground was flowing with students who were excited to be back in school after the long summer holiday. Returning students telling one another stories of how they spent their summer. "How was your trip to France?" A student asked "It was awesome!" Another replied "and how was your trip to Florida?" "Wonderful, there were so many resort centres....." And they chattered on non stop. From their conversation, it could be said that West Ville High School was a school for high class kids. The new students hanged around in corners hoping to make new friends before the end of the day. Speaking of new students, there were virtually new students in every class except of course the twelfth grade. However,this session seems to be different, FATE had been made. "Good morning class!" A firm voice brought an halt to the chattering of the twelfth graders. It was Mrs Burton,the twelfth grade teacher,one could say she was a fascinating teacher. She had been able to curtail the obnoxious behavior of the twelfth grade unlike her other predecessors who had been forced to resign within a term. "Good morning class!" She said once more to make her presence fully known ,"I won't say nice having you back ,because I am yet to know you all ,but unlike your past seniors, I really hope you're all wonderful students ,"she added There was a loud snort and giggling from the class,Mrs Burton sighed "However knowing how you all hate talks on code of conduct and rules,I would go straight to the point,a new student would be joining you today" she said. "A new student!!" A female student exclaimed "that's impossible"she added "Actually not everything is impossible my dear,now I don't know if it's a boy or girl just be aware "Mrs Burton said as she made to walk out of the class,"lest I forget,I need a list of your names before the day runs out, elect a class president to send it to me" so saying she walked out of the class. "Thank goodness!!, she has gone,she is so boring" a student said "and about the new student, who changes school in twelfth grade? She asked "Everyone is got a situation you know, one which we can't handle, another said "That's so correct ,let's just wait till he or she comes" ,another replied. *********** " Must I really go today Mom?" a boy said He was seventeen, he was tall,baby blue eyes,brown hair which he combed across his face ,in totality, he was handsome. "There would be new students everywhere today ,it's the first day of school Mom,please I would go tommorrow" he pleaded "No young man,you are going today" said a woman in her mid forties, oval face,black hair which flowed down her shoulders. "You get to introduce yourself "she added "And that's my point ,I hate doing this introductions over and over again", he said "Well this is the going to be the last " she said "No Mom,that's what you told me the other time,I am not buying that this time " he complained "Look son,I know it has been really hard on you ,changing schools and sorts,but I can promise you ,this is the last and of course you are in 12th grade now ",said his mom "And besides we just relocated to this area,and I decided to enroll you in the best school I could find " "Do you understand?" She added "Yeah ,I sure do " he said smiling "Now grab your bags,young man,you're late for school" his mom teased He grabbed his bags and got into the xar ,it was a limo ,white and new ,his Dad was wealthy ,his Dad various business contracts was the reason he had to change school frequently. "Let's see how today goes"He said and the car zoomed off,next step West Ville High School. As the car drove into the schools parking lot, His heart began to beat fast ,he was anxious and shaky He stepped out of the car and looked round,there were lot of expensive cars,one would think it was an airport parking lot . "This school is surely a school for high class kids" He thought As he walked into the school building, he could not help but marvel at the sight of the school building, it was magnificent!! "Mom was surely right when she said she choose the best school in town ,I am going to need someone to show me around so I don't get lost "he said After going round the building, he eventually found the direction that led him to an hallway where classes are , "Argh! Finally I found an hallway " he signed " I feel as though my legs would break any moment from now ". As he walked down the hall way he could not but marvel at the wonderful structure of the classrooms, it had glass walls although a brick wall was first erected about his knee length "Wow " he exclaimed He could see everything going on in each class ,no one paid attention to him ,as they were busy gisting one another. It wasn't too hard to locate his class as there was a sign above the door with the words "Welcome to twelfth grade" As his hands made for the door knob, he felt his heart leap. He slapped his cheek softly trying to calm himself down ,then he pushed the door open . A slight creak of the door drew the attention of the twelfth graders. "I guess it's the new student " a girl in the front roll said All eyes were on the door ,everyone eager to meet the new student who changed school in twelfth grade. As he stepped into the class ,he felt a little bit courageous ,He stepped in to meet a pair of twenty five eyes staring at him . "Oh my gosh !!! He is so handsome " a girl whispered to her friend "Sure he is " the other giggled As he glanced through the class ,he noticed the girls were drooling. It wasn't new it happened all the time "My name is Richard Wilson" He said flashing the cutest smile "Hi Richard " some girls replied hoping he would notice them but his eye fell on a girl ,unlike the others she was busy writing something so her head was down ,just then she lifted up her head and their eyes met . She was surprised at first but then she smiled at him,he felt as if his heart was about to melt ,she had an angelic smile and she damn was pretty ,she had black hair,deep blue eyes ,her lip was lush and cute ,she was damn pretty. "She is so beautiful"he thought He noticed she had an empty space beside her,he decide to pick that seat and walked towards her ,he wanted to introduce himself, thinking she wasn't listening the first time he did. "Hi my name is Richard......" "Wilson " she cuts it " Oh sorry, I thought you weren't listening " he said smiling "No ,I actually was and my name is Kaitlynn Cypher " she said "Hi katty ,you don't mind if I call you that ,do you? He asked smiling "Yeah,you can call me that,"she said as they shook hands
