TANK
I had my head on a swivel as I walked around the compound. My woman was somewhere around here and she was supposed to be at my desk being pretty making a doctor’s appointment with me. I looked in my room, out back, down and out around the rooms. I walked around everywhere and saw no sign of her.
“Who you looking for boss man?” I looked over to see Trigger and walked closer to him.
“Fiona. I have been looking for her but haven’t seen her.”
“She left.” He told me and I pulled a full stop.
“Left?” I asked and he nodded again. “Rowdy took her to some shop I think. They said they would be back in 20 minutes.” He told me and I worked my jaw before pulling out my phone.
I hit his number and waited, but there was no answer. I then called her number and again, no answer but it kept ring
