At The Police Station
Wednesday morning
Ella walked into the police station nervous.
She walked up to an officer.
"Hello Ma'am, good morning" the police Called me here.
"Okay, are you Ms Ella Lugard?" The female officer asked
"Yes, yes, that's me".
"Okay, follow me" The officer said.
They reached a room.
"Ms Ella, we found a body around your neighborhood and we want you to identify the body" An officer said.
"Body!!!! What do you mean body?"
"Noo, it can't be, nooo" Ella screamed.
"Please Ms Ella Calm down" The female officer said.
"Calm down, how can I calm down?" Ella yelled.
"Pls Ms ....
"Okay, I'm calm , take me there ".
They reached the place where the body was kept.
"Are you ready?"
"Yes", Ella said with a shaky voice.
"Okay "
She wore the mask and walked in.
The mortician lifted the cover off the face of the body.
Ella looked away, tears streaming down her face.
She turned and walked out.
The officers already had their answers.
It was no more a missing person case but a murder case.
And expert detectives needed to be consulted.
At the TEE {The Enigma Enforcers} office
"We have a case of a young man found dead in the bush close to the river after being missing for more than 24 hrs".
"BPA said there's blood on the side of the head indicating he was hit and neck looked like it was stabbed" A man said.
He looked like the boss and he was talking to a group of people.
"Emily, Jasper, you're on the case".
"James will assist you guys"
"Dismissed" He said and everyone started leaving .
