The Beginning of the End
Franz: "Hi, I'm Franz. Franz Peroz. You probably knew me as the 'lame student' in school. You know, the one who always got picked on, the one who never really fit in. The one who dreamed of escaping it all, of finding a place where he could finally feel like he belonged."
(Classmate approaches Franz)
Classmate: "Hey Franz, what are you doing? Buy me some snack."
Franz: "B-but I'm busy, sorry I can't this time." (smiles)
(After he smiles, one of his classmates feels insulted by his response and starts to bully him.)
Franz: "And that was how it always was. I was always the target, the easy mark. But deep down, I knew I deserved better. I yearned for a life where I could be myself, a life where I could find my own strength, a life where I could finally feel like I belonged."
Franz: "And then, everything changed. I walked in the side of the street with a heavy heart, replaying the cruel taunts and the sting of rejection that had become my daily routine. I felt lost, like a shadow in a world that didn't understand me. I didn't even notice the car speeding towards me, my mind consumed by the pain of my past. I stepped onto the road without a thought, and then...everything went dark.
Franz: "And then, there was light. A soft, golden light that enveloped me like a warm embrace. When I opened my eyes, I found myself in a place unlike any I'd ever known. The air was sweet with the scent of wildflowers, and the ground beneath my feet was soft and fertile."
Franz: "A woman stood before me, her form radiating an ethereal beauty. Her eyes, the color of a summer sky, held a depth of wisdom that seemed to span centuries."
Elara: "Welcome, Franz. My name is Elara the goddess of this world. You have been given a second chance."
Franz: "And so, here I am, in this new world, ready to embrace a life I never thought I'd have. A life rooted in the earth, a life dedicated to farming, a life where I can finally find peace."
Franz: "Elara, if I may, I want to use this second chance to pursue my dream of farming. In my past life, I longed to work the land, to nurture life from the soil. It's a calling that has always resonated with me, even in the darkest moments. So, in this new world, I wish to dedicate myself to farming and cultivating the earth."
Elara regarded Franz with a knowing gaze, her eyes reflecting a depth of understanding.
Elara: "Farming... a noble pursuit, Franz. The act of tending to the earth and fostering life is a sacred endeavor. But tell me, beyond farming, what do you hope to achieve in this new life? What are your aspirations and dreams beyond the fields and crops?"
Franz paused, contemplating Elara's question. It was a moment of reflection, a chance to delve into the depths of his soul and articulate his innermost desires for this fresh beginning.
Franz: "I seek not only to cultivate the land but also to cultivate my spirit. I aspire to find peace within myself, to mend the wounds of the past, and to forge connections with others based on kindness and understanding. Through farming, I aim to create a sanctuary, a place of growth and renewal for myself and those around me. I want to be a beacon of hope and positivity in this world, using my newfound abilities to bring joy and abundance to all."
Elara nodded, her expression a mix of approval and encouragement.
Elara: "Your vision is clear and noble, Franz. To farm is not merely to sow seeds in the soil but to sow seeds of kindness, compassion, and growth in the hearts of others. Your journey as a farmer will be intertwined with your journey as a healer, a nurturer, and a beacon of light. Embrace this path with an open heart and a steadfast resolve, and the universe will respond in kind. But this world is different from the one you left behind. It is a world where magic flows through the very soil, where the whispers of the wind carry secrets, and where the stars hold ancient knowledge."
Franz's eyes widened. "Magic? But...I'm just a normal guy."
Elara: "You are not just a normal guy, Franz. You are a soul with potential, a soul that yearns for something more. And in this world, that yearning can be fulfilled. Here, you have the opportunity to tap into the magic that flows through all living things, to learn to wield it, and to use it to heal, to grow, and to create. I will give you an affinity that is as boundless as the universe itself, an affinity that transcends the limitations of traditional magic, an affinity known as null magic."
Franz: "Null magic? What does that mean, Elara?"
Elara: "Null magic is the magic of infinite potential, Franz. It is the ability to shape and manipulate magic itself, to transcend the boundaries of traditional affinities, and to wield the very essence of creation. With null magic, you can mimic the elements, manipulate the forces of nature, and shape reality itself.
Franz: "I promise, Elara. I will use this gift for good. I will use it to heal the earth, to protect the innocent, and to create a world where everyone can thrive."
Elara smiled, a smile that held the warmth of a mother's embrace and the wisdom of ages. "Then it is done, Franz. The path of null magic is now yours to walk. Embrace it, learn from it, and let it guide you on your journey of growth and discovery, for with null magic, the universe itself is yours to command."
Franz felt a surge of excitement and trepidation. He knew that null magic was a powerful tool, a gift that could be used for good or for evil. He looked into Elara's eyes, saw the depth of her wisdom and the sincerity of her request. But a seed of doubt began to take root within his heart.
Franz: "Elara, it's okay to give me this null magic. You don't fully know the real me. What if I'll become a villain and destroy your world?"
Elara's smile softened, her eyes filled with understanding.
Elara: "I know you, Franz. I see the good within you, the yearning for peace, the desire to heal. You have been through much, but your spirit remains strong. I believe in you, Franz. Trust yourself, trust your heart. And trust me. I have chosen you for a reason."
Franz hesitated, his mind racing with a mixture of fear and excitement. He knew that Elara was right, that he had a choice to make. He could let fear hold him back, or he could embrace the challenge and step into the unknown.
Elara: "Now that you are ready to live your next life to the fullest, I will send you to my world, Kalar. In a small town called Fara, life is simple, but the hearts of its people are big. Please take care of them, Franz. They are a special people, and they need your kindness and strength."
Franz took a deep breath, his heart pounding with a mixture of anticipation and trepidation. He knew that he was about to embark on a journey unlike anything he had ever imagined, a journey that would test his limits and reveal the true depths of his soul.
Franz: "I accept, Elara. I will go to Fara. I will take care of them. And I will use this gift of null magic for good."
Elara's smile widened, radiating warmth and reassurance.
Elara: "Then go, Franz. Go forth and embrace your destiny. The world of Kalar awaits you."
A swirling vortex of light opened before Franz, beckoning him forward. He took one last look at Elara, her eyes filled with hope and faith. Then, with a deep breath and a resolute heart, he stepped through the portal, ready to face the challenges and embrace the possibilities of his new life in the town of Fara, in the world of Kalar.
