Sid... Sid... Sid... Sid......
The basketball court was echoing with both of their names, the first time in college it's Siya vs Sid and this news traveled faster than light in the whole college, suddenly become a hot topic of the whole college.
The basketball match between girls’ boys, Sid and Siya had a bet
Slowly almost the whole college gathered to witness the enticing match between boys vs girls which is actually between Sid vs Siya, they are cheering their favorite one, almost 50% were supporting Sid in them mostly were girls and 50% were supporting Siya who are mostly boys, they both have equal supporters.
Both the captains show up in court in front of the referee.
“ooo,” the Public has gone crazy as they appeared.
“Wow he is looking so hot in vest, what a bicep”.
“She is my adorable darling, she looks so cute”.
“Sid is my sweetheart I wish his team will win”.
“Siya is looking my innocent baby, I wish she will win”.
“Siya’s team is not capable enough I don’t think they can manage to defeat boys”.
“I guess Sid don’t know how strong the girls’ team is, they will definitely win and boys have to face defeat from girls”.
“Sid buddy what are you doing man, if boys will be defeated by girls then we boys have to hide our face behind veil these girls will tease us like hell”.
“Correct buddy my girlfriend will get one more reason to dominate me, she is already so domineering”.
“I am a girl, no matter how much I like Sid but I will support Siya, I wish girls will win”.
“Whatever it is Sid is my dashing hero, moreover today he is looking out of the world, I hope he will win”.
“No, my sweet charming baby, Siya will only win”.
On and on, whole auditions seats were echoing with these types of comments for their favorite ones, students were arguing and betting who is the best and who will win, oblivious to their surrounding Sid and Siya focused on their game, casually shakes hand, and wished each other.
Match starts
The ball is tossed high in the air both jumped but Sid had the advantage of the height so he passed the ball to his teammates, they were passing it one after another to their teammates and girls were trying to grab the ball from boys, but it seems difficult.
Within no time it was boys 3 and girls 0, Siya looks towards Sid with huff face and Sid teased her with his all-time devilish smirk and winked at her, Siya became angrier, flip her hairs stamped a foot on the ground, and started struggling for the ball with much more energy and enthusiasm.
Her hard work paid off, this time she got that chance, and then girls did their first basket opening their account, still, boys were leading and girls have to do so much more hard work to cope up.
The game moves forward and it's been 7 mins of the first quarter and the boy's team have quite a lead of 12 to 4, but suddenly Siya took the ball from Sid and threw it from the place where she was proving herself the best captain for the team, she manages three-point, now the score is boys 12 - girls 7.
First-quarter ended and the score was boys 20 and girls 9, now girls increased their adopted scoring for their team, still, boys were leading.
"Wow Sid was looking so hot and dashing in a black vest and track pants, I am just dying by his looks only," somewhere in the crowd Maya spoke to her friend Isha, looking towards Sid in a flattering manner.
"You are too much whole college is betting who will win between Siya and Sid and you are dying by Sid's look," Isha replied by looking towards the court keenly.
"If the bet is who will win, then I will say, of course, my sweetheart Sid will only win," Maya said with a haughty attitude and full confidence.
"Don't hope so high, Siya ma'am is a very good player, since she becomes captain of the basketball team this college didn't lose a single match," Isha replied having each and detail of the college.
"Whatever just look at Sid how brilliantly he is playing Siya couldn't able to match him and the difference between their score is proving that".
Maya is only ranting Sid, Sid, and Sid, but Isha is supporting Siya.
"Whatever it is I have full believe Siya ma'am will win" Isha is a big fan of Siya's basketball.
Siya... Siya... Siya... Siya........
Sid... Sid... Sid... Sid......
The second round started. The court again echoed with both names together, handsome hunk Sid took the female audience whereas charming cutie took mostly male audience’s attention.
Immediately after the second quarter began, the boy’s team quickly took the ball under their control, and then the point guard from the boy’s team passes the ball directly above the net to their captain Sid as he takes a huge jump from the three-point line and scores 2 points with a huge bang. Everyone was in awe of that quick layup. It had just been 30 seconds since the beginning of the second quarter and the distance between the scores of boys and girls again increased.
It was an amazing play by the Sid, captain of the boy’s team. The game continues on, 18 seconds left till the end of the 2nd quarter the score is boys 33 and girls 25, the boy’s team was still dominating the game but the girl’s team was playing a lot better in the second quarter than in their first quarter.
"See I told you only my hot hunk Sid will win," Maya said in a cheesy way.
"Match hasn't ended yet my dear, I know Siya ma'am will win and I want her to win, I always admire her in basketball.” Isha was actually a fan of basketball as well as Siya as a good player.
"Ok then let's have a bet, if Sid will win you will do one thing what I will say, and if Siya will win I will do one thing whatever you will ask for." Maya was staring Sid keenly, still lost in his charm and Isha was admiring Siya and the girls’ game, agreed immediately.
The game started again and again court was echoing with both the captain’s name together and they both are just focused on their team and game.
Third-quarter began with a ball tossed high in the air and with the high jump in the air, the ball was again in Sid's hand, best friends of college again started battling for a mere ball, in starting boys took the heavy lead but now girls were giving them equal competition.
Sid praised Siya's team in heart, he didn't think match with girls will this much rough who are now running towards their score fast boys 40 and girls 34.
Both teams had regrouped and strategized and they started playing again. The boy's team started to get more fired up they took their lead further and now third-quarter end up with the score boys 53 and girls 45.
"Yeeee I told you Sid will win now be ready for my condition," Maya said dramatically while jumping in excitement full of belief in Sid and his team.
"I haven't lost my hope from the girls’ team, a few minutes before they bucked up, no problem they will show their power in the last quarter again." Isha was also not ready to give up on the girl’s team they both were lost in their argument when the match started again.
Fourth-quarter began again boys took hold of the match, girls were trying their best but their best was nothing in front of the boys’ team, Sid did another basket and shows thumps down to Siya to tease her but that was enough to provoke Siya.
Girls team take a timeout and discuss their strategies "We are doing our best still we are losing to the boys, and I have to win this match either hook or by crook got my point" Siya said and winked at the girls and they all hi-five each other.
Few were reluctant with this plan of their captain but they give in with the thought that this is just a practice match that too with boys and if Siya decided then it will be somehow correct.
The girls start cheating by stamping down the foot of Sid and then hiding it in such a manner that referees couldn't see them. Using the same kind of tricks against the boy’s team the girl's team takes the lead with a score of 62-58.
Now boys took a time out, getting girl’s wrong strategy need have to find some solution for these cheaters
"Sid they are crossing all limits of cheating," a teammate said to Sid in winching but Sid was calm as usual and very disappoint in the heart by this strategy of Siya.
"Stay calm and we won't do anything which will affect our team only, we are already so much better than them, we just have to you use our full strength, which is still not at 100%, so let’s show them what we've got." Sid cheers his team with enthusiasm and they again back to the game with full energy.
The last two minutes left to the c****x boys didn't let girls take the ball for even a second no matter how hard they tried and did consecutive 3 baskets in a row, and the match ends at the score of boys 64 and girls 62.
"You played very well," Siya congratulate Sid looking keenly towards him like checking out.
"And you cheated very all," in return Sid taunt her who is not at all happy by her idea of cheating in fact very indignant from his best friend.
“s**t, just what I didn’t want, but what to do can’t go back in time,” Siya thought
"I am sorry," Siya said by holding her ears trying to make the most possible innocent face, knowing it won’t work either.
"You should be, but I don’t care," Sid replied with a cold and distant tone and anger filled his deep brown eyes, turned swiftly, and went from there with long steps without turning back.
Siya pouts thinking, now how will she coax this angry bird with such a big mistake which he hates the most.
