TRUST - A Sotry of Love and Its Betrayal

CHAPTER 6

Sid sat in his car and shut its door with a bang sound, his handsome fair face was red in anger, and attractive lips were tight proving he clenched his teeth like controlling himself to lashes out on anybody.

His eyes were holding disappointment from his best friend who knows him in the best way hurt him just for a mere practice match.

Before starting the car he noticed something on the passenger seat, he turned and saw it was a big sorry card, big sorry written with bold on the card, he got it who kept this card here, wanted to fling it but hold his thought and opened it and found it was full with 'I am sorry' written uncountable times inside the card and at last 'from Siya'.

Sid was softened a bit and about to keep that card aside but his gaze fell on Siya from the side view mirror peeping from behind the wall to see what he will do with the card, once again anger arouses in his mind, his softened features again turned dark and cold, he tore that card in two pieces, threw it out of the window and drove off the car without offering lift to Sia.

Siya came towards her torn card, picked it up, and made a crying face, "Mr. Fastidious," mumbles curses to him as well as herself for doing unforgivable mistakes from his point of view.

This time I really made a big mistake Sid is very indignant, this time he even tore my sorry card, I was the biggest i***t when I planned to cheat against him just for a mere practice match and still lose that, thank god I lost otherwise don't know his mind's temperature would rise up to which level.

Siya you are such an i***t what was the need to do that after knowing how much he hates cheating and wrong types of acts, now how will I calm that angry bird, should I call him to say sorry, will it work?

Siya was in dilemma she should call him now or later, after thinking a little she decided to call him now, took out her phone from the jeans pocket, and dialed his number.

Ops he declines my number, no problem I will keep calling him until and unless he will pick up my call,…. Ewww he is such an i***t, jerk, angry bird switched off his phone and tomorrow is the weekend, two days holiday now how will I calm him down, think Siya think something.

I will go to his hostel tomorrow; he will surely come out for his work and I won't let this chance slip from my hand.

Siya decided her whole plan to pacify his anger and coax him to forgive her anyhow, she can’t live without meeting or talking to Sid especially when he is angry she will lose her appetite.

The next day Siya waited for Sid in front of his hostel till long, but he didn't come out then she sends a verbal message through a boy from the hostel but he didn't send any reply then she sent a note written ‘Please come out,’ ‘Siya,’ but in reply of note, she got her note torn in several pieces.

“Arghhh, this is too much, since yesterday neither he is picking up my call, nor responding to my messages, and now this torn note, what does he think of himself, Siya will die without him, huh if he doesn't care for such old friends then even I am not dying to coax him," Siya shouts loud every passerby and many students look towards her in amused like she has become insane, she realized what she is doing gaining unnecessary weird attention and went from there by stomping her foot.

Sid saw all this from the window of his hostel room and smirked devilishly seeing her writhing like a fish to coax him, he caught her standing in front of his hostel from his window in the beginning only that's why didn't come out deliberately, he was aware why she was doing all this that's why he wants her to writhe like this some more time and realize her mistake seriously.

After two days of Monday the first working day, she came to college fast. In anger she said that she doesn’t care but in actual these two were like series of years for her, she was literally writhing without talking to Sid.

She started searching for Sid in the whole college but didn't find him anywhere then she asked a few of his friends but despite replying they made confuse and shocked type of faces because if Siya doesn't know where Sid is then who would know, she checked his car in parking but it was not there she understood that he didn't came to the college today.

"That book worm must be in hostel studying only huh," Siya mumbles to herself. "He is doing deliberately let's see till when he will not come to the college".

Once again she was determined herself, let him do whatever he is doing it didn't affect her but actually, she was irritated.

During break time she was sitting alone in the canteen with just a cold drink glass not even drinking but blowing air in it making bubbles with the irritated face.

Few college mates asked her ‘hey Siya today you are alone where is Sid?’ few times she just said ‘I don't know must be busy’, but then she became, even more, irritated and yelled at one of them, "Why are you all asking me am I his personal secretary, subordinate, private detective?"

However, she was looking insane by yelling like this but she didn’t care. Her shouts made others scare then nobody asked her about Sid.

She was about to get up when Maya and Isha came with the hope of friendship with her.

"Siya ma'am that day you played very well it was just fortunate that Sid sir won with one basket otherwise you were the almost winner," Maya said in fawning, Siya was already irritated and the cause was that match but, still she is not an i***t couldn’t figure out if the person flatters to her.

Siya controlled her arousing anger because of the topic of match and Sid and replied in a very straightforward way, "Either you are making me fly high for some reason or you both didn't watch the match and just fawning, tell me why?”

They both were stunned by her straight words like read their mind, "No, no ma'am it's not like that".

Isha tried to handle the situation despite of embarrass because she knew they were fawning for her friendship but didn’t expect her to be so smart that caught them just from one line.

"If it is not like that then good, because everybody noticed I did cheat in the match and still lost it," Siya replied in irritation once again recalling her wrong decision in the flip of the moment.

"So, what ma'am little cheating is ok, after all, you did it for girls’ pride, it's not a big deal," Maya said in a careless tone failed to notice Siya’s irritated face.

"No, it's not at all ok, got it? and don't even try this in the college, Sid is a head boy of the college if he will ever come to know about the cheating type of things then you will be expelled, so feed it in your brain cheating is not ok." Siya said in scolding way and went from there.

Maya was a little confused by Siya’s scolding, "Huh she herself did the cheating in the match and gave us a big lecture on cheating like I care." Maya again said in a careless tone.

"You should be if you want to become Sid's girlfriend because she is the best friend of Sid and she did cheat that's why Sid is definitely upset from her and I guess her irritation is reflecting." Isha as a good friend warned her.

Maya was once again confused thinking is cheating is such a big thing, she shrugs her shoulder and started planning how to do friendship from Siya and get close to Sid.

Siya was determined, she will not think about Sid and wait and watch for how long will he not come to the college but become fed up till evening and moved towards his hostel once again.

Siya entered in Sid's room from the window through climbing the pipe again, she peeped and saw he was sleeping peacefully mumbles to herself, “Huh just look at him, after making my sleep flee himself is sleeping like sleeping beauty, looking so innocent in sound sleep who believes how this devil is torching me.”

Siya unknowingly adore his calm sleeping figure, the handsome dashing hunk was looking cute innocent baby with a pleasant smile on his stunning lips and black silky hair covered half of the forehead making him more eye capturing, she missed her few heartbeats.

While composing herself, Siya with silent steps went towards his room's door and locked it so that nobody will enter inside.

‘Splash’, Siya threw a jug full of water on Sid who woke up with a jerk and found his little Devil friend c*m enemy in front of him in baby pink long full sleeves thin material top and pair of blue faded jeans as usual matching pair of sneakers and long slight curl hairs tied by a band, smiling sheepishly to him.

His cool relax face stiffened and again layer of anger appeared in those deep brown eyes, he was going to yell on her but subsided his urge to scold him and spoke rudely.

"What are you doing here?"

"Forgive me otherwise I will shout and gathered the whole hostel here,” Siya threatened him but it didn't affect him.

"Ok be my guest," Sid said in a calm distant tone, royally ignored her, went towards his cabinet to fetch extra clothes for change his wet clothes.

Siya shut the door of the cabinet which he had opened, caught her ears, and tries to make the most innocent face. "I am really sorry, I know cheating is wrong and you hate it, I did that and hurt you too, please forgive me and let's be friends like before," Siya pleaded.

"You are late for a sincere apology," Sid turned around to hide his mischievous smirk from her,  he exactly wants the same that she realizes her mistake.

"I was trying to contact with you for the past two days neither you were picking my call nor responding to the text, neither you came out of the hostel nor came to the college, at last, I had to sneak into the boy’s hostel." Siya loudly described everything like she was recriminating him.

Sid turned around and gave her a sharp gaze, Siya shuts her mouth, “Ok I am ready for any punishment," Siya crouches her head and said sincerely.

"Ok then I will ask you to do something for me and you have to that, no other option." Sid’s handsome face cracked with devilish smirk and Siya got that now she has been trapped, but she doesn't have any other option.

Siya nod her head in agreement, "Ok done".

Sid saw his cute, charming face but with gloomy black doe eyes which is proving her sadness while missing him, he immediately pulled her in a friendly hug but didn’t forget to warn her. "You are forgiven but this is the last time, got it?"

"Ok boss," Siya said dramatically and both laughed loud being very happy with patch up.
