After the initial shock of what just happened, we all get out of the car.
“Is everyone okay?” Dominic asks with a grunt.
We all seem to be fine though a little banged up.
“What... happened?” Nova asks.
“There were wolves in the middle of the road.” Dominic says.
I hold the side of my head where I hit the door window but it is already healing. The rain washes away the blood on the small cut.
“Let me see.” Helix says, cupping my face.
“Are you hurt?” I ask him.
“No. I’m fine.”
I look around him and see that Dylan seems to be fine too. I then look back at Helix. After looking at my small wound, he stares into my eyes and smiles.
