24. Johan’s POV
This December makes it exactly five years since my parents died.
That day is still etched in my memories because it’s hard to forget it seeing it was the day that rendered me hospitalized and in a comma for six months.
There was a royal meeting before beginning of the new year like it happened always and that morning, dad had dismissed the driver.
“You have to go and be with your family too Kaleb.
Don’t mind about us.
We are wolves.
We can either drive ourselves or even choose to run to the meeting.
So, go and be worth your family,” dad had told him and the old driver was very grateful.
Dad even allowed him to take one of the royal cars and after we were done with preparations, dad, mom and I, we boarded one vehicle and dad volunteered to drive.
