Meeting with Dillan just made my day worse.
If Johan and I were closer or if I was in on his plan, I would have asked him to expedite his plans so that Dillan could leave me alone.
I would also have asked him not to spare Dillan’s life.
Too bad that it wasn’t even up to me.
I didn’t see Johan the whole of that day and I didn’t go looking for him.
It was better that we lived as strangers because it worked for the both of us.
Since the Christmas aura was still around the air and we were now getting ready to welcome the new year, many businesses had been closed for the season and people had traveled.
Many had gone for vacations and many homes were left with no one or a few people and as such, there were a lot of theft and burglary cases.
