The Queen Gangster

Chapter 13

Violet woke up early because it was boring. Zax is still sleeping next to her spot, And Glaze is still snoring like a pig. She sat down at the table. Ash is still resting by the door—he had been like that since the incident with her dorm. She yawned first before heading straight to Glaze's kitchen. 

She noticed a familiar red heart stuck under the door and it made her chuckle. Felix, really?

Ever since she found out who she was pertaining to when she called Caro, she had received red hearts from Felix every few days or so. Mostly were just redhearts, some had written I love you’s on them. All in all, she found it cute that he would go through such action for her every morning even though they go to different schools. 

She decided on cooking five egg omelettes and baked 10 cookie biscuits.

She rolled the egg omelet and took the cookies out of the oven. Then she saw Glaze and Zax enter the kitchen wondering.

"Oh Hey! Good Morning peeps!" Violet greeted and extinguished the fire and placed the omelette on a plate "breakfast is ready"

Zax brought the dish to the table while Glaze prepared the plate. They ate together and of course Ash was there. Violet was about to sit on an empty seat, when suddenly there was a knock on the door.

"I got it." Zax ran to the door and opened it.

"Hi, Zax!" Violet heard Aera and two of her friends and looked at Glaze and Violet who were on the table

"Having a family breakfast aye?" Aera was smirking at her so Violet just rolled her eyes at her

After their breakfast, they’ve decided to go to class. Zax, on the other hand, still refused to go home and offered to watch over the dorm while they’re away. They didn't do much but study, take lessons, recite, take quizzes, take lessons, take lessons—you get the point..

Because of boredom, Violet wrote Hunter's name in calligraphy. She smiled as her cheek rested on her hand.

"Ms. Anderson, Pay Attention!" Mrs. Faredo scolded so she stood up "what is happening to you? You were smiling like an idiot."

Violet blinked and sat back down. Mrs. Faredo just shook her head and resumed the lesson.

"Class, before you go, I want to tell you something..." smiling Ma'am said "You guys are free for two days, because the whole school staff will be leaving for important business. The dean hired people to prepare meals in the cafeteria in case there will be students that chose to stay. So...class dismiss "

It was lunch break so they’ve already gone out and Violet went first to the cafeteria. She immediately ordered a purple cake and a soda. Violet turned to the door and saw it swung open revealing a very unfamiliar face. Her eyes widened when she saw them drag people behind them as they walked forward.

"Release us, you maniacs!" Kora shouted tearfully

Everyone was silent when the three of them were thrown forward. They tilted all the tables and pushed it back, so the students were almost stuck near the wall. Violet looked at the men dragging them. Who are they? I've never seen them here before.

"Three members of Jiyū. I thought you were brave? I’ve heard your group was huge as s**t—your group is worthless. You'd better just leave!" Shouted the tallest.

"Leader… Leader" the man called in a sing-song voice

Violet can't pass upfront because they are blocked by tables. With a click of her tongue, she climbed on the tables and shouted.

"Leave them alone!"

She ran to every table and jumped down in front of the people

"Oh Little Miss Leader has finally came out of her shell" the man joked

Her eyes narrowed as she realized who he was. Kenneth Carsile Alacantara. I thought he was studying at Gemlyn High? She looked at the other person behind him. His brother Carvin Alcantara.

"What do you want?" She asked calmly but was very much boiling inside

"All we want is for you to be out of the combats." said Carvin, with a stone cold face

Violet laughed out loud. Wait, they don't seem to know who I am? I am gonna have fun.

"Oh that’s just impossible.” She laughed, clutching her stomach, and wiped the tears from her eyes

They frowned and Kenneth's eyes narrowed at her.

"You don't even know who she is?" Elise suddenly said with a scoff of disbelief "And you have the audacity to command her of such a thing?”

Kora smiled apologetically “Oh you poor thing.”

"I don't care who she is." Carvin suddenly said

Violet snickered and tilted her head to the right. He starts making this mess but he has no idea who he is messing with.

"Are you even in your right conditions?" Elise asked with a laugh

Kenneth was silent as if holding back his anger. Carvin approached her and she was surprised when he sent a punch to her. Violet smiled and faced him head on and received his punch with open arms. .

"I guess that just made your group disqualified." Violet said, smiling as she wiped the blood off the side of her lips.

Hearing the whispers around them, she couldn’t help but to laugh. Just then, she heard them drop down to the ground because of a gunshot and everyone ran out. They were the only ones left here.

"What do you mean?" Carvin asked

"You did hurt the Highest among the leaders." Aera smiled “which was clearly against every rule.”

Kora stood up and pointed a gun at Carvin at the back so those with them were already pointing the gun at her.

"You just messed with the Queen Gangster." Elisse suddenly stood up after saying that and a dagger focused on Kenneth's neck

Violet saw Kenneth narrow his eyes at her. But they were all surprised by what Carvin did. He kicked Kora's arm so the gun she held fell down. Kenneth also attacked and snatched the dagger from Elisse but the latter did not budge. They started fighting. Violet saw that those with them were about to attack. She first knocked down the one who was about to stab Aera, then followed the one who shot towards Kora. The others immediately attacked her, but she was trying her best not to let their attacks get through. 

There are only four of us. We can’t handle this just yet.

Suddenly the person who could help us entered her mind. Argh! No! I don't need him!. She lost focus when a man hit her weak spot. The middle of her chest. He kicked right in the middle so she slowly began to hyperventilate. Nevertheless, she is still forced to watch over Aera and the others. She attacked all those who attacked them. I couldn't do it anymore, so I touched Aera.

"I-I’ll be back so hold out!” She coughed out, but her every utterance was cut off. 

Violet gave Aera her dagger and tried to run out. As she accelerated her pace her grip tightened on her chest. She stumbled when she could no longer bear it but when she saw some armed men enter through the windows of the cafeteria, she forced herself to stand up. f**k my weakness.

She ran while her hand was against the wall, supporting her weight. 

Finally, she got to Glaze's dorm. But she went straight to the bedroom. She immediately took her three medicines and too much water. She quickly forced herself to stand up and approached Glaze who was on the sofa, their backs turned away from her.

When they noticed something was wrong with her, Zax and Ash quickly helped her up. Glaze quickly got up to help her as well.

"Please... Help them… Aera... Kenneth's gang... Attack—" She said gasping and short of breath

He helped her sit up and took something from the drawer before running out. 

Violet would have stood up when she heard him shout.

"Don't let her go!" he shouted loudly

Zax almost laughed because of that. Violet shrugged it off and stood up and adjusted the way she walked. Zax sat on the sofa with a deep sigh, knowing he wouldn’t be able to stop her anyway.

"Talia, tell him you ran away from me, okay?" he said laughing so Violet smiled and ran back there

She wondered why the School Staff nor guards didn't even come to stop the intruders. She accelerated her pace and quickly slid in the cafeteria doors. s**t! There are so many of them!

Many are also lying on the floor unconscious. She knew that they really needed help at this point. Violet pressed the small button on her watch and it rang Tyler's number. When he answered this she quickly shouted.

"Back up, now!" She then kicked someone back and punched someone on the face to put them to sleep

"We're coming. Hold on. Try not to die"

And with that last word he turned off the call. She sighed and thought; We really need those school government Idiots!. 

She finally caught a sight of the leaders of the intruders and ran towards their direction. Without hesitation, Violet kicked Kenneth upwards but Carvin suddenly choked her, pushing her down to the ground.

She quickly tried to break Carvin's hand but Kenneth knelt on her stomach. Violet squeaked and closed her eyes in pain. 

With one swift motion, she kicked him and threw Carvin away. Kenneth beat her down again, then he tried to choke me. Annoyed, Violet choked him too. 

“Let’s die together then.” She chuckled, choking on her own words as she watched his face slowly turn purple

Ianne suddenly rushed in the scene and kicked him away and made her stand up. Violet took in several deep breaths and smiled at Ianne. 

After that, they had one hell of a fight. The surroundings are quiet because now Kenneth's group is down. He was on his knees. Next to Carvin.

"You've gone… too far." Violet saw Ianne shivering

He aimed the gun at Kenneth's head.

"Ianne, stop .."

She stopped and looked at Violet, who motioned for her so she moved away a little from Kenneth. She then approached him and lifted his chin with her dagger.

"Mr. Kenneth Carselle Alcantara. I really must apologize... I will be removing your group from the Battles"

He smiled emotionlessly.

"Do you think Sharlotte would let that happen?" He said

I smiled at him.

"Mr. Alcantara, do you think she will dominate over my words? There is no court in this society, Anyone can be killed. Especially since I am the Queen Gangster—in the groupings, my word is the law. And Sharlotte is nothing but one of my subjects.” She smiled and slowly leaned forward, closer to Kenneth’s face “If she enters your group back, I will still remove it each time—and I won’t stop until I have concrete evidence and have her executed from her position.”

Sharlotte really is an idiot. She will die before she takes my place. 

Her putting two of her siblings just made it clear for Violet how far Sharlotte’s mind has gone out. She didn’t give them information and sent them out on a mission like this.

"Show up around anywhere near me and my people and I will not hesitate to take your heads." Violets said and stepped on them from behind with force,pushing them forward

They ran out. Okay today is really messed up. 

She ran her fingers through her hair.

I have tons of work tomorrow I guess.
