“Majesticland”
Chapter 2.
As Tamareya continued walking through the bright yellow light, the wind continued to push her in the direction it desired. Eventually, the lighted dispersed into tiny shimmering sparkler, and Tamareya’ was standing in front of a gigantic, skyscraper-sized tree house surrounded by gardens, flowers, and sprouting baby trees with a dirt road training off to the side. A whistling sound came from the treehouse. Interested in what the noise was coming from, Tamareya’ climbed the up the long tree. After five minutes of intense climbing, she was finally in front of the door. Tamareya knocked on the door, but no one answered and the whistling sound stopped. She waited a few moments, as she was hesitant and unsure of what to do. Eventually, the whistling sound started up again, so Tamareya’ knocked on the door again. The whistling sound stopped. Curiosity got the best of Tamareya’ so she twisted the door's handle, claimed inside of the treehouse, and roamed around. Inside there were countless books, sparkling stars, and tiny furniture. They whistling sounds had started up again. Tamareya’ followed the sound and came across a tiny door. She pushed her past the door. Inside, there was a tiny woman sitting on a stack of books near a lake, a table of sweet turkey sandwiches, abd a fountain of streaming, sparkling orange lemonade. She was playing a tiny flute. Tamareya’ eyes widened with amazement, but the dwarf’s ears shook in confusement as she dropped her flute onto the ground.
The tiny woman asked, “What took you so long to get here, Tamareya’?”
Tamreya’ replied, “What do mean?”
“I sent for you years ago, but you're just now getting here. You're growing up so fast. How old are you now?... seventeen…”
“Eighteen. Why did you send for me? Why am I here? What is this place?”
“So many questions… So little time…”
“...What?”
“Why don't you grab a delicious sandwich and join me by the river, my sweet young lady.”
Tamareya’ grabbed a large plate of sweet turkey sandwiches, a large cup of sparkling orange lemonade, and sat on the stack of books next to the tiny woman.
Tamareya’ asked, “What is your name?”
The tiny woman replied with a jolly smile, “Jilliantine! …But, you can call me Jill for short.
Jill picked up her flute and began playing a beautiful, cheerful song. She deeply felt moved by the music as she shook her head along to the melodies. Tamareya’ felt moved by the song as well as she. She leaped off of the stack of books and began Twirling her dress, shaking her hips, and swaying her hands. As Tamareya’ danced and danced, more tiny people appeared from behind bushes, trees, and garden. It was as if they were hiding. They shouted in a joyful unison, “Tamareya’ is home.” They grabbed hands and joined Tamareya and Jill in the dancing. They danced in circles around Tamareya, until the sun had set. So much dancing, eating, and laughing had made Tamareya’ tired. She ended up falling asleep next to the stack of books, as Jill played sweet melodies on her flute into the night.
