I looked at myself in the mirror and could not help the smile of satisfaction that adorned my face. I felt happy, safe, free, I felt like I could finally move one with my life without any extra baggage.
Today marked the end and beginning of two important phases in my life.
"Can you stop ogling yourself like the narcissist that you are and come downstairs? Everyone is around already." Hope said leaning on the doorframe of my room with a smile on her face. She has been so excited for the past few days.
