My thoughts went back to the time when Raemon was just two or three years old. One day, he went missing from the pack house. When I dashed into the office to notify Alpha Kendrick, he was f*****g Zendaya. He was annoyed by my sudden visit. Naturally, I didn't disturb his intimate moments but it was an emergency. Raemon was missing for hours. The pack members were left worried and exhausted. At least, they cared for Raemon, unlike their father.
Kendrick yelled at me in a harsh voice,
" Can't you find a boy on your own? Why must you come to me? If you can't find a little boy, you don't need to be a beta then."
I swear, if he wasn't my Alpha, I would have punched him in the face. I took the charge in my hands, assigning the spies to find the traces of Raemon. Nothing worked up for hours.
