ISABEL'S POV. Elethria’s words echoed in my mind as I stood frozen in place. Find her. I want to die. Someone please kill me now, I want to die. How was I supposed to find a ghost? I didn't even know her name, and even if I did, it's not like that could actually help. Because she wasn't a being that I could find with her name. She was a ghost. She had appeared and disappeared at will, and I had no clue where to start. Frustration ate at me from the inside, but there was something else beneath it too. The way Elethria had looked at me, the urgency in her voice as she spoke… It made me worry even more. It was almost like she knew something that I didn't even though she claimed otherwise.
