I make my way to my office,not stopping to say hi to the girls training. I signal Nyx to come to my office. When she enters,I beckon her to close the door behind her, giving us total privacy.
" MG," she greets, nodding at me.
" Any news about on What I asked you about?" I inquire and she shakes her head.
" We traced his whereabouts but by the time we arrived at his hideout,he was already gone." Nyx informs me.
" Gone? How can he be gone?" I ask with a frown.
" Let me frame my answer differently. Someone was hunting him down and it seems they got to him before us."
" Is that so?" I ask with raised brows. " Do you have an idea who is hunting him down?" I ask and she nods.
