Mason's words creep in me, warming my heart. I know I should be mad at him. Curse him,shout at him and even drive him away from my home but I can't. My heart softens when I hear his explanation. He's looking at me with a guilty look and a distant pleading look for me to believe him.
I shouldn't believe him so easily, I shouldn’t forgive him so easily. But here I am, smiling at him. He is my weakness. I can't seem to stay angry at him for long. This shouldn't be happening.
