“ take him down!!" Jack yelled as the wolf started moving forward with a lot of force, heading towards, me, “this is it" I said underneath my breath as my eyes were closing shut, “please don't hurt him!!!!"..... I heard a feminine voice plead, I struggled to open my eyes, and I saw her, as beautiful as ever, she had been watching over me this whole time.

She got closer to me knealt down close to me, even though the big wolf was still there looking at us, “please don't hurt him, I'm begging you" she said again as I was surprised it actually stopped attacking and retreated, she held onto me “what were you thinking, Ryan, all you only thought about was just power, power& power, you never gave a single thought to what would happen if I lost you" she said as I was still loosing consciousness.

“no, no please, Ryan please, don't leave me! somebody do something!" She yelled frantically as I finally blacked out.

Jake's pov

I walked up to Amyra as she held the body of Ryan, “pitiful" I said feeling satisfied about the outcome of the events. “he's dead Amyra let him be" I said as she looked at me with contempt, “all of this happened because of you!" She said, crying.

You interfered with a ritual that was supposed to be sacred, according to the clan law you should be, punished" I said “haven't you done enough, you killed Ryan, you just ripped out my heart, what more do you want" she said as I just smirked, “seize her!" I ordered my pack members to apprehend her.

All the people in the village witnessed it “jake what you are doing is un called for" the seer said “i haven't broken any law, I have only honoured the laws of our people". I said as my pack members were about to pick her up, I noticed that leroi gave me a look that I didn't understand, but he had been challenging my authority recently, “he hasnt always agreed with me but he has no choice because I am alpha"

“dont touch her" a voice said close to Amyra, my pack mates stoped dead in their tracks, as the most unbelievable sight unfolded between my eyes, “Ryan! Oh my God!! You are alive!" Amyra yelled as Ryan stood up but some thing was different about him, “ill be damned!" The seer said “he survived" my father said as everyone was excited, there was frenzy everywhere.

He ripped what was left of his shirt, and I saw a completely ripped individual, his body was perfectly sculpted, unlike the way he was, before. “if you want to take somebody, take me but let her go" he said again, I could see that he was dead serious, so I obliged “okay then". I said as my pack mates came back to my side. But I was burning angry, how did he survive, was the question I kept on asking myself, angrily.

Ryan's pov

After I was lost my consciousness, I woke up in this white place, it was pristine and really peaceful, then I could hear drops of water gently dropping, I kept on trying to find the source of water, then I saw a shadow, I looked up and the person I saw was really shocking.

I found myself at our house but eight years ago when my mom was singing that lullaby to the both of us,

Ryan promise me something" my dad said and I stared at him “promise me you'll look after your sister no matter what" he said, and the grown up version of me watching the memory just nodded “i promise dad" I replied him".

Then everything got dark, I saw a huge wolf grey in colour but had white eyes, “are you ready for this?" The figure asked me and I just nodded, then I woke up hearing Jake commanding them to take Amyra hostage, “dont touch her!" I replied ripping out what was left of my shirt, and I was surprised at my body's physique. “Ryan oh my God you are alive!!" She said hugging me tightly, I was a little bit not sure of the way I was feeling, but one thing is for sure I really loved being in the arms of Amyra once again.

I felt her warmth all over my body as her bossom pressed against my bare chest, she held me really tightly, “i thought I had lost you" she mumbked still hugging me “i'll always be here to protect you no matter what, you'll never lose me" I said as she, broke the hug, I could hear the whole crowd murmuring between themselves, but I didn't care, she stared at my face, “your eyes are white" she said as I surprised, then the rage I was feeling died down for a while, then I felt something, shift in my eyes.

“its back to normal" she said as we both chuckled. She looked down on my my body and I had a different tattoo on the part of my arm where I got bit, she caressed it slowly. “any day now!" Jack yelled with slight anger, “get away from here, Amyra" I said a little bit angry at jack again, “i don't want to, leave you again" she said “don't worry I'll be fine" I said trying to convince her.

She started walking away, slowly, looking back at at certain intervals, before she was now finally out of ear shot. “you are one of us now young Ryan, welcome to the clan" the seer said as the chief just nodded. I looked around as everyone was cheering me along, I was feeling slightly nostalgic, I just kept on looking around, the whole place.

Leroi's pov

After the whole ordeal, Jack's plan backfired he has been angry ever since, “how did that imp survive the wolves bane, no one survives it," he kept on walking around pacing angrily, he knew that as long as Ryan was alive, he would never be able to win Amyra's heart, but what I found funny was that Amyra already hates jack so the only way he would be able to get Amyra is if he keeps her as a prisoner, and knowing him he would do that.

I left where jack was stewing in anger, and headed out, it had gotten dark, but I could see a dark figure stand on a tree as the moon was behind him giving him a dramatic view, so I went to meet him, “hey" I called out as he just stared at me, but he didn't come down, “you tried to warn me leroi but I was to blind to listen" he just said.

“Well I don't blame you, jack has a charismatic way with words, I don't blame you for falling under his spell," I said trying to cheer him up. “leroi you might be the only friend that I think I have ever had in this place" he said “that means a lot brother" I said.

The seer approached us “young Ryan, I would love to speak to you if you coukd come down from that tree" he said “i think this is my cue to leave" I said as I started leaving.

Ryan's pov

I jumped down from the tree I was staying at, “young Ryan how much do you know about the Waikiki clan?" He asked me “you guys are all a bunch of were wolves" I said “yes that's true both some of us have more purpose than others, like for example, a prophecy from the goddess goddess states that:

One shall arise from the dust, who shall surely cut down all that is known and loved, but all is not lost, there also shall be another, which shall try to defend all that is good and pure, but the problem is, it's only with the heart of his true love shall he win the battle, a price to dear for him to pay" young Ryan I believe that you are the one destined to save all of mankind".

I gulped in strongly, listening to him, I felt overwhelmed, then the part about only with the heart of the one he loves would he be able to defend all that is good and pure, I didn't want it “i'm no the one in that prophecy, I said angrily, “destiny is a funny thing" he said “screw destiny!" I said angrily and ran away from his presence.

Ever since I was bitten by that wolf I had always have this burning rage inside me, staying happy was always a problem, and now I just got this bad news that I was going to loose Amyra, I couldn't take it, my strides increased as I felt that click in my eyes again, I climbed up a mountain and howled at the moon,......
