“There is now. Don’t ask me how such a evil has come to pass,” she added, as he opened his mouth to do exactly that, “for I don’t know and I don’t have time to speculate. Lathwi and I are leaving Compara. Tonight.”
“But why? Where will you go?”
“This business with The Rogue is far more serious than I had ever dreamed. I’m in over my head, I need information as well as help. And Lathwi knows somebody who might be able to provide me with both.”
