I downed my hot tea and quickly rinsed out the cup before practically skipping down the hall to the exit. Jellybean might have had a rough road ahead of her, but she couldn't have anyone better to help fight for her than Rylie and that made her one lucky baby. As I walked through the double doors back into the main waiting area, it was a hive of activity but I barely noticed anything except George. He sprung to his feet the second he saw me.
