Before Ava left she said that she does not care what happens to Percy, but she wants him alive so that he can answer for his crimes to the council. At first I thought she was mad, but then I thought about it and realized that it was the best punishment for my father.
Image and reputation are everything to my father, but once the council is involved then all of that will most likely be taken from him. Even if he is not killed by them, he has to live as an ordinary wolf. The worst and best punishment for him.
