Ava POV
Jake mind linked me to come downstairs, said that Regina had just walked in the front door as if nothing had happened. I tried to tell Matt to be on his guard but as soon as the words left my mouth that something was up downstairs, he ran off like an i***t.
I walk into the living room a few seconds behind Matt and I watch in horror as Regina forcibly marks Matt, making him lose his focus and enter the mating faze. Matt then marks Regina but something seems off, as he picks her up and carries her upstairs, he is stumbling and his eyes appear glazed when he passes by.
“Alpha Rimu and Alpha Sango, I believe it is a good time for you to leave.” Jake says, prompting the two alphas to leave.
Do as they say and report this to my Beta and he will know what to do. I quickly mind link
