"Kidding. But still, two years of not seeing you seems like a long time. It felt like twenty years!" The guy said again while laughing. Travis was looking at me before he laughed with his friend.
Oh, I really did misunderstand it. It was a joke, okay. Duh, Selena. Can you not understand a joke?
I tried to laugh with them so it would not be awkward.
"And these are?" The guy said as he looked at the three of us.
"Oh," Travis turned to us. "These are my friends, Cayden and John," he pointed at the two. "And this," he looked at me lovingly. "This is the girl I am courting," he introduced which made me blush. How many times will my face heat up tonight?
"And this is my good friend, Cole," Travis said as he laughed with his friend again.
